' The Friend '...

My Sufi friends such as Rumi,

Were not allowed to speak of Unity..

They spoke of Divine Consciousness as Friend and not Father..

The Christians speak of Father but Mystics hear a mirror..

This Father within Reality is Self without ego..

This Voice is filled with Wisdom..

Upon Realization of Unity,

There is no Voice..

Pure Awareness calls the name of adventurer..

Come Home, says the Dreamer...
