History...

Why is it that we hold on to History so much?.. Does it help to bring a continuity that we seem to desire..but, a continuity of what?.. a continuity of illusion, a continuing of memory of something that was created for a short time by the power of thought..A Dream.. Do we need to hold onto dreams for security?.. Does this security bring us Happiness or is Happiness only found when we have ended Desires?.. Go beyond History and enter the mental state of only Now.. Forget the past and future, these thoughts will only give you pain and fear.. pain and fear are attributes of the ego.. The ego lives in the past and the future.. Divine Consciousness lives NOW............namaste, thomas
