World is Mind...

The mind is virtually the external world, i.e. in effect but not in fact.

This is the first step.

Second step: Convert everything into ideas.

Third step: Where do these ideas rise from and into what do they disappear as in dream?

It is the mind--just like waves rise and fall in ocean.

Hence world is also Mind.

Fourth step: That which sees all these changes of three steps, exists always.
