the knowledge of Nothing...

"A man asked [Ramana] Maharshi to say something to
him. When asked what he wanted to know, he said that
he knew nothing and wanted to hear something from the
Maharshi.

Maharshi: 'You know that you know nothing. Find out
that knowledge [of nothing.] That is liberation
[mukti].

[Real knowledge of nothingness is Nirvana. _Nirvana_
means blowing out, as of a candle. It symbolizes the
extinction of limited mind, and the ensuing
realization of emptiness (Sanskrit _shunyata_). That
"emptiness" is the fulness of pure awareness --
