A night for Thought...

Saturday, a night of drinking and dance..

The soul seeks pleasure and contentment within the dream..

Although, I did not participate in these festivities, I acted as the 'Watcher of the dream'..

Consciousness seeing the dualities of Consciousness..

Such a game We play..

Alcohol releases the ego in some and increases the ego in others..

All seek Happiness, this is the goal of life..

And yet most are lost within the dream of duality..

Love is sought within the group and sometimes ego wins the battle of the dream, the dream then becomes a nightmare of egoic consciousness..

Yes, the ego is ever present..

Have we not chosen to play this game ?..

Because, we believe that we are separate entities of consciousness, we are foolishly confronted with the other actors..

We are on the stage of entertainment that We observe as Consciousness..

This stage is a dream..

And yet, we fight to the death to continue to play our parts..

Who will die, as the hero or villain ?..

Laughter, escapes from my lungs..

Saturday night continues without me...
