They may try to train the Mind but the Desire for Freedom is the Desire for Truth... Truthfulness is the Blood of Reality ,,, If you stray, the Soul Dies.. How to get to Freedom ?........ Mentally, give up all Desires for Anything, especially the Character that You are Playing called Ego..
