' Entirely Lived '...

Human beings, whatever they may think, do not
live and exercise volition but are entirely lived.

The importance of an individual life, and even the
fact of living itself, has been vastly overestimated
and exaggerated.

Nature itself defies the human
presumption of the "sacredness of life" with the
strongest possible demonstration that life is purely
incidental to the totality of the manifest, functional
order.
