The human mind is fortunate in this, that it has a connection with the Divine Mind.

It can become his spiritual teacher and moral guide.

But he must be careful:

first, not to mix his own opinion with what he receives;

second, and not less but more important,

to put himself through a preparatory and purificatory discipline to make the connection vitalized.
