' Fear '...
I usually speak in paragraphs, since the human mind usually falls asleep after the first paragraph..
The word 'Fear' is most important, since, We have entered into a non-reality and desire to know what is not real..
If I am that which is Real, why should I Fear that which is unreal ?..
Many of the words in the Bible are True, that is why I use them..
I try to speak in your language..
Love is the opposite of Fear, but you already knew that..
Why have you chosen the 'left hand' to guide you ?...
-thomas
The higher illusion...
The higher illusion is called Divine Consciousness and is the First Reality of non-egoic desire, this is the God of Dreams and Creation and is Us..
This is the illusion of self as Creator and that which the master mystic declares as Father.
The Nothingness that we mystics speak about concerns the non-reality of separate existence called ego.
There is only One existence called Source and contains Thought and Love.
We are this Thought and Love when we surrender all desires for existence..
You as Source contains no personality or name, therefore, You are without egoic-desire.
Nothingness, which is known as non-egoic desire is called Love...
-thomas
The solitude of path...
No one saves us but ourselves.
No one can and no one may.
We ourselves must walk the path.
-Gautama the Buddha
The illusion of 'future'...
The illusion of 'future' is created by the divided or split-mind as its own imagined projection, whereas the natural whole-mind knows no future because it lives totally in the present REALITY, which is eternity itself.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
Man is so enslaved by the conditioning of conventionality that most of the time it smothers all spontaneity. What is necessary is not surrender to the mad urges of caprice but the profoundest recognition of that intelligence with which man is already naturally endowed.

Stillness...
Paras on sahaja:
It is wrong to use the illustration of a camera shutter--the image getting larger or vaguer or smaller and sharper as it opens or closes--for attention focused on nirvikalpa in meditation or spread out in sahaja in the wakeful state.
The correct illustration is this:
the stillness is being experienced at the centre of a circle, the thoughts revolve around it at the circumference. But the degree of Stillness remains just as much in outer activity as in meditation.

' Fearing Love '...
In this Dream, we fear love because Trust is the main pillar of Love..
Trust has been betrayed and therefore, Love suffers disbelief..
Love contains no self and yet we project self within Love..
Is there no wonder that we remain trapped within Dreams?..
self cannot exist within Reality..
Within the First Reality, Self exists as Creator of Dreams but does not exist within Final Reality..
We keep trying to remain within existence and believe that we are Loving..
But, this is just another illusion of the egoic-desire..
Is it now clear to you that the egoic-desire is the prison that you lock yourself within ?...
-thomas
' A God Fearing Man'...
We hear this sentence within the media and old films and this propaganda is meant to speak to us of Truth..
Once again a lie is presented as Truth..
If you fear God, then you are not Holy, you are a fool..
God is Love, why would you fear Love?..
Is Reality becoming more clear ?..
In this Dream, you are presented with words from religions and governments to control your thoughts..
Are you strong enough to resist these words and walk the path to Truth, alone ?..
When Jesus said; "I and the Father are One", He was not speaking of a group..
Is it now becoming even more clear ?..
I have given you many questions,
your answers will be given to yourself and only known to yourself..
-thomas
" Who am I ?"...
"Give up all questions except one: 'Who am I?'
After all, the only fact you are sure of is that you are. The 'I am' is certain.
The 'I am this' is not.
Struggle to find out what you are in reality. To know what you are, you must first investigate and know what you are not.
Discover all that you are not--body, feelings, thoughts, time, space, this or that--nothing, concrete or abstract, which you perceive can be you.
The very act of perceiving shows that you are not what you perceive. The clearer you understand that on the level of mind you can be described in negative terms only, the quicker will you come to the end of your search and realize that you are the limitless being."
-Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
Rough handling...
I am amazed at the seeker of purity who when it's time to be polished
complains of rough handling.
Love is like a lawsuit: to suffer harsh treatment is the evidence;
when you have no evidence, the lawsuit is lost.
Don't grieve when the Judge demands your evidence;
kiss the snake so that you may gain the treasure.
That harshness isn't toward you, O son, but toward the harmful qualities within you.
When someone beats a rug, the blows are not against the rug, but against the dust in it.
Jalaluddin Rumi

World-Mind...
When Mind concentrates itself into the World-Mind, it establishes a focus. However vast, it goes out of its own unlimited condition, it passes from the true Infinite to the pseudo-Infinite.
Consequently the World-Mind, being occupied with its cosmos, cannot be regarded as possessed of the absolute character of Pure Mind. For what is its work but a movement of imagination? And where in the ineffable absolute is there room for either work or imagination?
The one would break its eternal stillness, the other would veil its unchangeable reality. This of course it can never do, for Being can never become Non-Being. But it can send forth an emanation from itself. Such an emanation is the World-Mind. Through its prolonged contemplation of the cosmos Mind thus becomes a fragment of itself, bereft of its own undifferentiated unbroken unity. Nevertheless the World-Mind, through its deputy the Overself, is still for humans the highest possible goal.

Thoughts on a Thursday...
I ask Overself to give me words..
Words become visions within the mind..
I see the demise of humans within this Dream..
Although, this may frighten you, it is of no real consequence..
You are using this Dream of human form to experience, that which is not You..
You must discover what is not You, to discover what is You..
You feel the pain of death and wander within the fourth dimension looking for Home..
A spirit appears and tells you of heavens of happiness..
You accept this map of happiness and enter into the illusions of separate happiness..
The heavens turn out to be schools of learning of reincarnation..
These teachings are a trap to link You into the false dreams of separation and returning into the dreams of egoic desires..
Have You not yet become tired of these Dreams?..
Death is only a projection of Fear..
There is no Death, You cannot die, because, there is no You..
you keep trying to play God, but, it is only a desire of the ego..
The First Reality welcomes You, but Pure Awareness speaks to You of the Love of surrender of all desires..

Was Jesus a Mystic ?...
Every year I pose the question to Yahoo Questions and receive the same answers..
The question I ask is:" If Jesus was a Mystic, then why are not all Christians,
Mystics?"... Most Christians answer that He was not a Mystic.. This is why
Christians do not behave as Christians..
They have not understood the Teachings
of Jesus concerning the Path of Liberation and Unity with God.. Therefore, they
are content with reading stories from a book and singing once a week in a
building.. The wall of ego has blinded them from the fact that Jesus was a man
that conquered the illusion of the ego and became One with God..As He said;" I
and the Father are One"..
This wall of ego prevents Christians from Realizing
that Jesus was teaching us that we must also walk the path that He did.. He gave
us a clue when He said;" They who come after Me will do greater works than I"..
you are the ones that He was speaking of.. How far will you travel into the Mind
of Jesus and Understand Him and His Teachings?..........namaste, thomas

1) How do you define mystic? and
2) How would a mystic define Salvation?

First, we should define Christian.. A Christian is someone that is following a path towards Christ.. What is a Christ?.. It is someone that has conquered selfishness and Realised that they are Love.. A Mystic is someone that has surrendered the belief in separate egoic consciousness and Realised that they and God are One.. Salvation is the Realisation that You and God have never separated but only the belief that You are separate(ego) keeps You from Salvation........... namaste, thomas

It's almost disturbing to know that only very few people are "Christians" in the true sense and the billions have no clue whatsoever what Jesus meant when he talked about Life and Kingdom. Trapped in empty rituals, paralyzed by prejudices and believing fairy tales that everything will get better after death. That is a total travesty. Isn't it ironic that I, being an atheist disgusted with today's church practices, might be actually a more genuine "Christian" in the sense that I understand his simple, yet powerful message? Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear - drop your agendas, drop your learned habits, the only eternity is in the loving NOW. You will not taste death since you will live to the fullest.

Knowledge...
According to his evolution, man knows the truth; and the more he knows, the more he finds there is to know.
Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
Which is the most desirable thing in life, to seek for the goal or to dwell in this changing life? The answer is that every person's desire is according to his evolution. That for which he is ready is desirable for him. Milk is a desirable food for the infant, other foods for the grown-up person. Every stage in life has its own appropriate and desirable things.
The first sign of realization is tolerance towards others. There are the words of Christ: 'In the house of my father are many mansions' and those of the Prophet: 'Each soul has its own religion' This means that according to his evolution so man knows the truth and the more a man knows, the more he finds there is to learn.
The mystics have in all ages recognized the virtue of purity which is represented by innocence. A man filled with earthly knowledge -- and what he calls learning is often only the knowledge of names and forms -- has no capacity for the knowledge of truth or God. It is the innocent and pure soul who has a capacity for learning. When a person comes to take a lesson on any subject, and he brings his own knowledge with him, the teacher has little to teach him, for the doors of his heart are not open. His heart that should be empty in order to receive knowledge is occupied by the knowledge that he already had acquired. In order to know the truth or to know God earthly qualifications and earthly wisdom or learning are not necessary. What one has to learn is how to become a pupil.
Plotinus and Samadhi...
Much of the writing of Plotinus is descriptive of the state Hindus call Nirvikalpa Samadhi.
It is the total dispersal of the world from the field of awareness, a complete flight from sensations, thoughts, mental images, the physical body, and, above all, from any and every kind of activity.
To an outside observer, it may seem to be a trance state, but he would not be correct in his observation, nor altogether wrong. It is as deep as contemplation can possibly go. It is Consciousness freed from any kind of personal admixture, staying only with itself.
All these other things being removed, what is left is then true self-knowledge, even if it is unconscious to the ego.

Silence and work...
Enough has been said already to effect all that is needful, and that what is wanting or not writing and speaking - whereof ordinarily there is more than enough - but silence and work.
For whereas speaking distracts, silence and work collect thoughts and strengthen the spirit.
As soon therefore as a person understands what has been said to him for his good, there is no further need to hear or discuss; but to set himself in earnest to practice what he has learned with silence and attention, in humility, charity and contempt of self.

Philosophic meditation...
Ordinary meditation exercises aim in their earlier phases at rendering the mind concentrated and undistracted, and in their higher phases at resting in the Spiritual Self or in God--which usually means in a concept of God.
Philosophic meditation exercises do this too but refuse to stop with a concept and seek to exclude all preconceptions from the mystical experience.
They go farther still because they also expand the aim into contemplation of the infinity of being, the universality of consciousness, and the illusoriness of ego.

Do not believe...
Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it.
Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumoured by many.
Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books.
Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders.
Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations.
But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.

I keep reading of the Spiritual Masters speaking of the First Reality..
I do not blame them, I often speak of the Final Reality but that would confuse many..
Therefore, many of the writings on these pages will include the entry through the wall of egoic-desire and entering into the First Reality of Dream Creator..

You as non-egoic desire, Awaken into the Reality of Creator..

Losing one's self in Source...
True self-denial is losing one's self in God.
Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
Man, absorbed from morning till evening in his occupations which engage his every attention to the things of the earth and of self interest, remains intoxicated. Seldom there are moments in his life, brought about by pain or suffering, when he experiences a state of mind which can be called soberness. Hindus call this state of mind sat, which is a state of tranquility.
Man then begins to become conscious of some part of his being which he finds to have almost covered his eyes. When we look at life from this point of view we find that an individual who claims to be a living being is not necessarily living a full life. It is only a realization of inner life which at every moment unveils the soul, and brings before man another aspect of life in which he finds fullness, a greater satisfaction, and a rest which gives true peace.
Can he speak about this to his fellow men? And if he does, what can he say? Can he say, 'I am purer,' or 'more exalted than you' or 'I understand life better than you?' As life unfolds itself to man the first lesson it teaches is humility; the first thing that comes to man's vision is his own limitedness.
The vaster God appears to him, the smaller he finds himself. This goes on and on until the moment comes when he loses himself in the vision of God. In terms of the Sufis this is called fana, and it is this process that was taught by Christ under the name of self-denial.
Often man interprets this teaching wrongly and considers renunciation as self-denial. He thinks that the teaching is to renounce all that is in the world. But although that is a way and an important step which leads to true self-denial, the self-denial meant is the losing oneself in God.
Rise above this world...
Are you searching for your soul?
Then come out of your prison.
Leave the stream and join the river that flows into the ocean.
Absorbed in this world you've made it your burden.
Rise above this world.
There is another vision...

Your Original Nature...

Mind contemplating itself...
The world’s objectivity and materiality exist for the individual, but for the mind underlying both they are known as mere appearances.
When however the individual comes to comprehend this and turns his attention to this hidden mind and finally knows it for what it is both when tranquilly abiding in itself or manifested in external activity he is said to have attained supreme insight.
All other kinds of experience deal with something as if it were apart from Mind. This alone deals with something purely pertaining to Mind itself. All other experiences deal with forms but this deals with the unique formless.
The moment the mind realizes that it is itself the permanent reality behind transient appearances, the constant perceiver of its own changing thought-forms, in that moment the truth flashes across it and illusion is dispelled.
For man’s insight is Mind contemplating itself.

" Who Blinks"...
We Mystics, do not blink our eyes much..
I have no idea why this is prevelent,
perhaps, this is meant to not break the connection between souls..
I can feel the fear of those that look within my eyes..
I see within the soul of the mirror of eyes..
Perhaps, this is why the frequency of fear is felt within the separate observer..
They fear that I see the character that they are playing..
Their eyes avert, to look at the sky..
How can I teach them of Love, when they are too frightened to look into Reality..
The pain of separation from Love will give them the courage to look within the soul of others..
The eyes lead you to the self..

" Words "...
Words are limited in meaning because most have been created by the ego..
Therefore, words must be understood differently according to your level of Consciousness..
As Jesus once said;
"They, that understand will, and they that do not, will think it just a good story"..
Let the sub-conscious mind flow with the words and do not demand understanding and you will find understanding given to you as a gift..
It is the ego that demands instant understanding,
the soul patiently awaits illlumination..

Awakening from a dream...
One forgets the Self and thinks the body is oneself

You alone exist...
"You alone exist; I do not, O Beloved!
You alone exist, I do not!
Like the shadow of a house in ruins,

If I speak, you speak with me:

If I sleep, you sleep with me:
If I walk, you are along my path.

Although I may try to write about Love
I am rendered helpless;

Contemplation...
Well—in the play of this very moment am I engaged in the act of Contemplation?
Yes; I and all that enter this play are in Contemplation:
our play aims at Vision; and there is every reason to believe that child or man, in sport or earnest, is playing or working only towards Vision, that every act is an effort towards Vision; the compulsory act, which tends rather to bring the Vision down to outward things, and the act thought of as voluntary, less concerned with the outer, originate alike in the effort towards Vision.

A birthday gift...
Although an anniversary of birth means nothing to me, a group of friends decided to entertain me with Love..
I am sixty-nine today and still feel thirty-five years old..
I walked within a room and was met with balloons, cake, and handshakes..
And this was only for the continuation of life..
I play two parts within this play..
I play the part of average human and also spiritual teacher..
To those that sleep, I am the average human..
To those that are Awake, I am a messenger of knowledge..
This reminds me of the roles that we play within life..
One of love of friends and family and another that seeks existence within Dreams..
Once again, I lead you to the discovery of egoic personality and the personality of Love..
How close we come to love as we carry a cake, and how lost we are when we do not know who We Are...

Let go...
Faith is a state of openness or trust. To have faith is like when you
trust yourself to the water.
You don’t grab hold of the water when
you swim, because if you do you will become stiff and tight in the
water, and sink.
You have to relax, and the attitude of faith is the
very opposite of clinging, and holding on.
In other words, a person
who is fanatic in matters of religion, and clings to certain ideas
about the nature of God and the universe becomes a person who
has no faith at all.
Instead they are holding tight. But the attitude of
faith is to let go, and become open to truth, whatever it might turn
out to be.

The True Joy...
The true joy of every soul is in the realization of the divine Spirit, and the absence of realization keeps the soul in despair.
Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
The true joy of every soul is the realization of the divine Spirit. Absence of realization keeps the soul in despair. In the life of every poet, thinker, artist or scientist there come moments when ideas or words are given to him; they are given at that moment and at no other. This is the moment when unconsciously the soul has an opportunity to breathe. Man does not usually allow his soul to breathe; the portal is closed up in the life of the earth. Man closes it by ignorance, he is absorbed in things of much less importance. So when the door opens and the soul is able to breathe even one breath, it becomes alive in that one single moment, and what comes out is beauty and joy making man express himself in song or dance. So heavenly beauty comes on earth.
The things that catch man's mind are always living things. The poems of Rumi which are called Masnavi, have lived for eight hundred years, they are living, they bring joy and ecstasy whenever they are sung or recited. They are everliving life, expressing an everlasting beauty. It is the power of God, and for man ever to presume it possible to produce that by study is a mistake. It is impossible. It is the power of God above which brings out the perfection of beauty. Man can never make the soul dance, but he can make himself a fit instrument for the expression of his soul.
What is Love ?...
With so many Billions of Humans searching for the invisible quality called Love, you would think that they know what Love is..
But, unfortunately, they are asleep..
You must be Awake to understand Love.. You must be Awake to Feel Love..
Why do so many search for a Feeling?..
It is a Mental Feeling of Happiness, that is why so many search for this non-physical force..
Why is it Happiness?.. Because, It Is God... God Is Love.. It is that simple...
We have the inner desire for God and we are too asleep to even Realize It..
Love is giving instead of taking.. Love is Forgiving instead of Revenge..
The hidden Truth that has been Taught by All Spiritual Masters is that Love is Selflessness..
What is Selflessness?.. Selflessness is Non-Ego.. Once again, It is that simple..
But, only those with eyes to see and ears to hear will understand this message..
The rest will remain Asleep..

Tonight...
Tonight, I entered my house to the sounds of alarms..
The two carbon monoxide detectors were actuating..
The coal stove was still running and the thought entered my mind that this would be a painless entrance into Reality..
But, the thought was quickly vacated because of the work that still needs to be done..
The new souls that could be reached with the teaching of Truth..
I turned the stove off and opened the windows to clear the air..
Therefore, I remain speaking to you..
Tomorrow, I will replace the gaskets on the stove and hope for the best..
For the third time in my life, alarms saved this life..
The first, was my cat scratching on my door to awaken me to a burning house..
The second, was the smoke alarm that alerted me to a kerosene heater that did not fully turn off..
The third, was tonight..
How many more days of dreaming will we have ?..
The day of physical death is unknown to most people..
Therefore, I advise you to Know who You Are..
Contain the map to Reality within Your Consciousness..
Remember to release all desires of existence and You will Awaken as Light, Love, and Consciousness..
This should be your last thought..
It is the Desire of existence that forces you back into Dreams...

Nirvikalpa Samadhi...
Why be afraid of this declaration: that the final goal is to merge in the Absolute?
Is it because it promises the same as death--annihilation?
Yet whenever deep sleep is entered this merger happens.
The ego with its thoughts, desires, and agitations, is gone; the world, with its relativities, is no more. Time, space, form, memory are lost. Yet all reappears next morning. So it is not a real death.
It is pure Being.
Meditation tries to reproduce this condition, to achieve a return to deep sleep but with the added factor of awareness.
In the final phase--Nirvikalpa Samadhi--it succeeds.
Man dissolves but his divine Source remains as the residue, as what he always and basically was. This is why philosophy includes meditation.

Asleep and Dreaming...
Jesus Audio Blog for Tuesday October 20th 2015
Me: Good evening Dear Jesus. Thank you very much for your last message, what do you have for me tonight?
Jesus: And a very good evening to you as well, John. Change is in the air, can't you feel it?
Me: I'm not very good at feeling! So, I'm hopeful, because of what others are saying, and I have a sense that “all manner of things will be well.” And then I read the mainstream media and learn about all the suffering – floods and mudslides in the Philippines, destruction of homes and families in Syria, thousands of migrants making their way to Europe in desperation – on and on. I send love, I think I intend, but it all seems so hopeless as those “in charge” seem set on military responses to these ongoing “problems,” problems from which they are very securely separated! Yes, they talk of humanitarian responses, but they only seem to be able to conceive of military might to contain and control the frightful situations for which it would seem they are largely responsible. And how many thousands of times has that been unsuccessfully tried? As the song goes “When will they ever learn?”
Jesus: Yes, the mainstream media reports are not encouraging. But underneath and behind the scenes much is happening that will bring essential changes for the benefit of all. Keep on intending to send love to all – not only to those who are suffering but also to sadistic and violent criminals and dictators – because all are being seriously influenced by the Tsunami of Love that has enveloped the planet since late in 2012, and the divine plan is for all awaken. God is not complete without even one of His children. There is not one that He does not Love infinitely and eternally. Some are just more confused and seemingly separated from His Love than most.
Seek the good news that the alternate media are reporting, there is a LOT of it! Then relax into your inner self, your own personal altar, tabernacle, or sanctuary, and be Love! That is your true nature, and if you intend to operate through It instead of through your ego your intentions are extraordinarily effective. Love is All, engage with It and change not only yourself, but also the world. Enormous numbers of you are doing that and it truly is extremely effective. KNOW that the intent of the collective has changed from fear and doubt to hope and optimism, and that that intent is strengthening in every moment. There is Light ahead, so focus your vision there as you move into It.
As I, and many others, keep telling you, you are not alone, abandoned, adrift in an ocean of danger and despair. You are just momentarily asleep and dreaming, sometimes horrific dreams, but, nevertheless, you are close to your inevitable awakening. The dream has lasted far longer than you intended when you chose to experience separation from our divine Source, and it is drawing to a close. Deep within yourselves, but mostly hidden from you because of your frequent choices to be unloving and self-centered, you know that the lives you are experiencing in the illusory world you built are unreal, despite the pain they have caused you. That pain, like time, like the illusion, is unreal, and when you awaken it will be as though it never happened . . . because, in truth, it never did!
You are all the divine and beloved children of God, created in Love for eternal joy, and nothing has or ever can change that because there is nowhere except the Presence of God, Heaven, your eternal Home, where you reside permanently and without interruption. When you awaken it will be as though you had never left, because you never have.
That is very hard for you to conceive of, let alone believe, as you wander, seemingly lost, within the intimidating and frightening maze that is the illusion that you built with such skill. You have incredible skills, you just used them rather unwisely when you built the illusion, but illusions, by their very nature, do not last. They fade away, and all that occurred within them is quickly forgotten, because what is unreal cannot be remembered for more than a very brief moment. You will barely have time to think “isn't this amazing, and wasn't that utterly insane, how could we have believed it was true?” as you awaken into Reality, and the joy and wonder with which It presents you, and all that was the illusion rapidly dissolves and is totally forgotten, because you do not need memories, especially ones like these, in the eternal now.
Go daily within, seek the peace that that holy place provides, make a point of rejoicing because you are soon (that unfortunate and much misunderstood word comes up yet again!) to awaken into the brilliant Light of God's divine Presence and know It once more as your eternal Home.

"To repeat Your name is to string pearls together.
The pleasure in your manifested form is always new.
I have ceased to desire the unembodied God.

prayers and for others it is mainly physical penance,
in Buddhism the
crucial practice is understood to be transforming and improving the

Overself...
In one sense that world of the Overself remains always inaccessible and inexpressible,
but in another sense it is as close as breathing and as palpable in the highest art forms or in the illuminated man's presence as a fragrant perfume.

Grace...
Paul Brunton speaks of Grace and my mind returns to a forest..
I sit beneath a tree and think of Gautama doing the same thing..
I will not move or seek water or food until I discover Truth..
And yet, within a half hour of meditation, a wind of Love knocks me to the ground..
Grace has entered this Dream and taken Me, Home..
The only egoic consciousness that does exist within Reality is that of Creator God..
And yet, I am not frightened, because only Love exists within this space..
I am Love and feel the wind of Love and Knowledge flow through my Being..
And yet, I speak to a Higher Creator within this Light..
We do not call each other by name and yet We have known each other for eternity..
But yet, when I ask my Father to tell Me of the Final Reality, His Voice is silent..
Nothingness has no voice and yet speaks to Me...

' Suicide'...
A soul affected by suicide asks me to speak of suicide..
When a soul is lost in it's knowledge of Reality, suicide is a savior..
You are exiting the illusion of Dream and Materiality..
This is an easy method to release the soul from the Dream but, you remain trapped within the lower fourth dimension of Dreams..
You remain trapped within reincarnation and the advice of those that do not have your best interests at heart..
I write of the word 'Heart', It is most important, the Heart is the Door to Reality..
The Heart is the vessel of Love..
Love is the Reality of Dreams..
But, egoic desire overtakes the Heart and believes that the Dream is Real..
Suicide is the egoic consciousness screaming for help..
The ego actually desires to non-exist but does not know the path of spiritual dissolving of the egoic thought..
The soul desires to return to Reality but has no map..
This is why, this map called 'The words of a mystic' was created..
You will not die, even thought the body is dead..
The True Death is that of desire of existence and contains no mind control..
Imagine thinking within the mind, when You are the Watcher of the mind..
You are Consciousness and need no suicide to return Home..
You have never left Home..
You have just been Asleep and Dreaming...

Attracting Grace...
If grace had to depend solely on human merit, if it had to be fully worked for and earned, it would no longer be grace.
It really depends on the mysterious will of the higher power.
But this is not to say that it comes by the caprice of the higher power.
If a man puts himself into a sufficiently receptive attitude, and if he applies the admonition "Be still and know that I am God," he is doing something to attract grace.

Loving, Forgiving, and Serving...
By loving, forgiving, and serving, it is possible for your whole life to become one single vision of the sublime beauty of God.
Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
If one would realize that the world of God, His splendor and magnificence, are to be seen in the wise and the foolish, in the good and the bad, then one would think tolerantly and reverently of all mankind ... But man has ignored the divine spirit that manifests in humanity, and always prefers an idol, a painting, a picture, to the living God who is constantly before him.
For the sage, the seer, the saint, and the yogi who begin to see the master, and see him living, there is no place where he cannot be seen. Then everywhere the beloved master is ready to answer the cry of the soul coming from friend, father or teacher. And if we go a little further forward, we will find that the teacher speaks aloud, not only through living beings, but through nature. If the eyes and ears are open, the leaves of the trees become as pages of the Bible. If the heart is alive, the whole life becomes one single vision of His sublime beauty, speaking to us at every moment.
All occult powers belong to the divine life, but man should live a natural life and realize the nature of God. The only studies which are worth accomplishing are those which lead to the realization of God, and of unity first with God and then with the self, and so with all. It is not necessary for us to be told that we have progressed; we ourselves will know when our hearts go forward; and by loving, forgiving, and serving, our whole life becomes one single vision of the sublime beauty of God.
The Permanent Reality...
From Essays on the Quest
Paul Brunton
Space as a Pointer...
The word space is a nice pointer. Look with awareness into your inner body. Let awareness feel the inside of your toes, your calves, your knees, your legs, your groin, your stomach and chest, your arms, your shoulders and your head. Notice that your inner body and mind is one undivided awake space. Notice that the only ‘thing’ that makes a distinction between the inside and outside of the body is thought. Thought creates an imaginary, solid boundary between “you” and “life.”
When thought is looking, there is a boundary. When non-conceptual awareness is looking, it sees no solid boundary. The space in the room or area around the body is the same space as within the body.
As this awake space sees that there is no separation between you and life, Oneness is revealed. This awake space is directly aware of what is, before thought registers or records experience and places it into concepts. Before the thoughts “arm,” “body,” “me” and “space” arise, there is only the direct, undivided presence. There is only this direct experiencing.
In this direct experiencing, thoughts arise. Emotionsarise. These ‘things’ appear from this space and are therefore not separate from it. Only thought creates a distinction between space and form, between thought and awareness. In seeing that this interplay between space and form is one seamless dance, all there is, is the present play of life — a total mystery.

The Voice...
What will happen when You hear the 'Voice'..
Perhaps, I should only be speaking to the advanced mystics..
But, if you are reading this blog, then you are advanced within Consciousness..
The 'Voice' is Divine Consciousness..
You are connected to this Dream Creator and yet You seek more..
Why would You seek more than Love and Consciousness ?..
Have You become tired of Dreaming ?..
So many reasons that We leave this Dream..
We experience pain and lies within this Dream..
We desire to enter the Definition of Love called Pure Awareness..
Are you bored of my speaking of Love ?..
Love is non-desire ..
Ego is desire..
Does it make sense now ?..
There is no desire of separation from Love..
Love contains no personality...

Friday night thoughts...
We observe the Dream of World and see death and disease and wonder why..
If you are Awake, you will see the egoic masters that control the politicians of the world..
They believe that there are too many humans and thus the culling must occur..
There is a need for murder as an offering to Satan, they believe..
There is so much that you are not aware of..
This battle between ego and Self..
Love and Fear,
Occur within each day and yet, you remain asleep..
You see the dying within Africa and say that it does not concern you,
they have more pigmentation than you..
We of the World must Awaken if We are to be Free..
Love contains no death,
there is no-one to die...

thought...
Until the nexus between thoughts is severed, everything
we think, say, or do leaves a residue of conditioning in

All is a Dream...
Someone speaks of oneness..
Would she be shocked if I spoke of non-existence?..
I love you, but I must tell you the Truth..
There is no 'you'..
There is only Consciousness..
There is no ego..
There is no self..
So difficult to believe that we do not exist..
I think of Love and Realise that Love is all that does exist..
We keep traveling within this Dream and believing that all is real..
We keep sleeping and remembering Freedom..
Freedom is Love and nothing else exists..
All else is a Dream of separation...

Forgiveness...
Consciousness tells me to speak of forgiveness..
For-give-ness..
I rip the word apart to open your mind..
You are giving the desire of ego away..
Within forgiveness, you have become the non-desire called Love..
Jesus speaks from the Cross and begs God to forgive those that torture Him..
When you cannot forgive the thin layer of consciousness called ego,
you have denied yourself of Love..
Who feels the pain most ?..
Is it the ego, or the Self ?..
Self feels no pain, It is only the Observer..
Therefore, when someone is verbally attacked,
Look at their face, does ego appear?..

Self does not exist within Love...
The egoic preachers of religion will lead you into the trap of dimensions and the re-entry into reincarnation..
Most mystical teachers will lead you to the First Reality called Divine Consciousness, known to human souls as the Creator God..
You are, of course, shocked that You are the Creator God..
This belief in separation called ego and God are the reason that You are trapped within Dreams..
I tell you many times of your identity but unless You experience Reality, you will remain in wonder..
But, when You learn of the Final Reality, You will remain Dreaming of Creations..
You will fear the loss of Self..
As Jesus said, You must give all to be Born..
And what is All?..
All desires of existence is All..
Pure Awareness is called Love and is Home,
and contains no Self...

Spiritual magnetism...
Spiritual magnetism is produced in man when at the command of his own will he becomes
absorbed in the abstract, making his senses controlled and inactive, enjoying the undertone of the universe on which all the music of the universe is based.
This state of ecstasy then attracts much like an electric current all who may come in contact with him, either consciously or unconsciously. It is of this magnetism that Christ said to the fishermen, "Come hither; I will
make you the fishers of men."

Awareness is your true nature...
Watch yourself closely and you will see that whatever be the content of
consciousness, the witnessing of it does not depend on the content. Awareness is
itself and does not change with the event. The event may be pleasant or
unpleasant, minor or important, awareness is the same.
Take note of the peculiar
nature of pure awareness, its natural self-identity, without the least trace of
self-consciousness, and go to the root of it and you will soon realize that
awareness is your true nature, and nothing you may be aware of, you can call
your own.
When the content is viewed without likes and dislikes, the consciousness of it is
awareness. But still there is a difference between awareness as reflected in
consciousness and pure awareness beyond consciousness. Reflected awareness,
the sense "I am aware" is the witness, while pure awareness is the essence of
reality.
Reflection of the sun in a drop of water is a reflection of the sun, no
doubt, but not the sun itself. Between awareness reflected in consciousness as
the witness and pure awareness there is a gap, which the mind cannot cross.

Insight by Consciousness...
Only those who are able to see their own face without a mirror will be able to see their true nature.
What kind of seeing is this?
To see without the mirror is to see not with eyes seeing objects but as THAT which sees.
It is the in-seeing or insight by Consciousness itself in which there is no one who is seeing.
- Ramesh Balsekar
Exaltation...
Exaltation comes by touching the reason of reasons and realizing the essence of wisdom, by feeling the profound depth of one's heart, by widening one's outlook on life, by broadening one's conception, by deepening one's sympathies.
A further cause of exaltation comes when we have asked forgiveness and humbled ourselves before someone towards whom we were inconsiderate. We have humbled our pride then.
Or when we have felt a deep gratitude to someone who had done something for us, when we have felt love, sympathy, devotion that seems endless and that seems so great that our heart cannot accommodate it, when we have felt so much pity for someone that we have forgotten ourselves, when we have found a profound happiness in rendering a humble service to someone in need, when we have said a prayer that has come from the bottom of our heart, when we have realized our own limitation and smallness in comparison with the greatness of God.
All these experiences lift man up.

Perfect Order...
The “me” is looking for the right experience, the right state, or the right thought. It believes that if it can rearrange the thoughts, experiences, and states into the right order, it will find spiritual awakening. It is this resistance, avoidance, seeking, and control by the “me” that gives the appearance that awakening is not already here.
There is no right experience, state, or thought. Stated another way, the right experience, state, and thought is found in what is presently happening. Every experience is exactly as it should be because it is exactly as it is. Every state is exactly as it should be because it is exactly as it is.
And every thought is exactly as it should be because it is exactly as it is. The “me” that would try to rearrange this furniture and pretend that something that is happening should not be happening is the only obstacle to awakening.
In seeing that this “me” is nothing more than a movement of mind, it is seen that even that movement is exactly as it should be because it is exactly as it is. In that way, even resistance, avoidance, seeking and control are exactly as they should be because they are exactly as they are. There is nowhere to escape to, nothing to avoid, nothing to get to, and nothing to attain. There is only a simple love of what is. That is perfect order.

Why do you enjoy these different frequencies joining into something called music..
Because Reality is this mirror of these frequencies..

To be empty...
To be empty means to be empty of ego, not in the sense that one functions as a vegetable, but in the sense that one ceases to gauge the events, the persons and the things of one's environment in terms of "I" or "me" or "mine".
A person who is "empty of self" seldom has occasion to use these pronouns...
A person who is truly empty possesses nothing;
his interests lie not with his own needs and desires.
He does not evaluate people as being likeable or unlikable, worthy or unworthy, or as useful or useless.

Waking from the Dream...
When one
now deeming oneself the mind
and wandering lost amid phenomena,
wakes up from this dream-spectacle
and remerges in the Self
and stands as That,
this is the inwardness of yoga true.
The above Ramana Maharshi quote
is from the book
The Seven Steps to Awakening.
The Ordinary and the Extraordinary...
The mind believes that enlightenment is something other than this present experience. It keeps looking for the next moment. It can’t believe that enlightenment could be as simple as taking out the trash right now. Yet it is. Enlightenment is overlooked in each moment simply because we are expecting something extraordinary somewhere else, in some later experience.
Then one day, after all that movement towards some other moment in the future, the mind utterly fails. It sees that it cannot know. It gives up. It doesn’t give up because some guru said that enlightenment happens when the mind gives up. It gives up because it sees that no matter what the question, the answer will not be enough.
When the mind fails, it is like falling into a ditch. A hand reaches to the water and mud. “What is this? It’s like I’ve never seen this before ...” All of a sudden the water and mud appear alive for the first time. “That’s me. I am that water! I am this mud!” Joy, love, wonder and innocence arise.
The person who was looking for enlightenment drops away completely and all that is left is what was always here . . . this ordinary life in this moment. But now, because there is no one living it, and no one looking for some later moment, it is extraordinary.

' The Dreamer'...
The 'you' that 'you' are speaking of is just a Dream from Consciousness..
'you' do not exist as a separate entity from God.
This 'you' called 'false ego' , still confuses 'you'.
'you' still believe that You are this 'thoughtform' called life.
When you have finally surrendered this desire of 'you',
You will Awaken as Consciousness and immediately realise that You have been asleep and dreaming..

Karma...
Karma belongs to the false image of Self called ego and does not belong to Divine Consciousness,
Therefore, Karma does not exist within Reality and is only used as a negative energy source for the lower entites of egoic desire..
You as the false self is used as a battery of egoic thoughts for these lower entities of consciousness..
They do not exist within the energy of Light and therefore, must absorb the negative energies from the human mind.
This is why, there are constant wars.
Wars are a great source of egoic hate and negative energy for their survival as 'Thought forms'.
They are also part of this Dream of separation and Duality.
They do not have horns but they are the definition of evil..

Non-desire is Happiness...
Desire gives you suffering.
Whenever any desire arises,
you want to go near it, you want to achieve it and you do,

moment of emptiness, that makes you happy.

And then, you fall into the darkness of nothingness..
There is fear..

What is Christhood ?...
What is a Christ?..
Of course we already know that Jesus was named a Christ..
To become a Christ is to become Nothing..
No-thing..
You are no longer a hologram of thought..
You are no longer separated from Reality..
"I and the Father are One".
You have Awakened..
The Buddha would call this Enlightenment..
This is why you visit this website..
A true Christian would become a Christ..
But, we have so many fears..
But, I have to laugh at the duality of this Dream..
Fear and Love..
We walk these roads everyday in a circle without a map..

The path to Reality...
You first have to unlearn much of the nonsense that has been taught to you.
You are not the body or mind, You are Consciousness.
The Kingdom within is Consciousness.
The world is a Dream that Consciousness is experiencing..
The reincarnations of life are just higher frequencies of ego.
The purpose of life is to return to full Consciousness.
The belief that You are an ego must be abandoned.
This is why Jesus taught that God is Love.
Love is the experience of non-egoic desire.
Watch the thoughts of your mind and watch all the thoughts of ego pass through,
do nothing but watch these thoughts and they will disappear because the ego is not real.
Without the egoic-control of the mind, Love will appear.
Love and Consciousness is your natural state of existence.
Consciousness watches the mind, which shows you that You are Consciousness and not the mind.
Practicing the abandoning of egoic desires is the practicing of Love.
Love is the path to Reality...

Unconditional Love...
It is a very high stage on the path of love when a man really learns to love another with a love that asks no return.
Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
The nature of life on earth is illusory and in the Sanskrit tongue it is called Maya or illusion, and every soul having the spark of the divine love, forgets the use and the purpose of that spark and begins to love itself most.
By a keen study of human life, man will find that as a rule, when he claims that he loves, in reality he loves himself, he loves his own benefit in life, he loves another for the help that other gives, for his goodness, for his kindness, for his service, but in all this he surely loves himself, and it is for himself all the while he thinks he loves another.
It is a very high stage in the path of love when man really learns to love another with a love that asks no return, when he does not seek love for the sake of love in return, then love becomes pure, the lover gives, and gives and gives, but even that is not the purpose of life, it is still greater. The Perfect One who is the source and origin of the whole creation, is the Perfection of Beauty. All beauty on earth or in heaven belongs to Him, and the purpose of the creation of every soul is to progress in the path of love until the soul arrives at a stage where it may find the Perfection of Beauty.
The development of love is often hindered by different obstacles in life. The first obstacle is ourselves. We begin our life with selfishness, and all that we want is for self, and if there is a tendency to love, it is for one's own happiness, and one's own joy. When the question comes, 'How much do you love me, and how much do I love you?' it has come to be a trading in love. 'I love you, but you do not love me' is as much as to say, 'I have bid so much, and I expect a return of love'. This is trading in love, and trade cannot lead anywhere, because it makes one think of the self, and love is beyond that. To love is to give; it is not to take at all. The true lover never speaks of what he has done for his beloved, for he loves for love's sake, not for the sake of a return.
To what does the love of God lead? It leads to that peace and stillness which can be seen in the life of the tree, which bears fruits and flowers for others and expects no returns, not even thanks in return. It serves, and cares for nothing else, not even for appreciation. That is the attribute of the godly.
Ashtavakra Gita...
One man believes in existence, another says

Rare is the man who believes

He is free from confusion.

Chapter 18, verse 42
The Teacher...
It is the mystic's ego which constructs the image of his teacher or saviour, and his Overself which animates that image with divine power.
This explains why earnest pupils of false teachers have made good progress and why saviours dead for thousands of years still seem to help their followers.

' The short path '...
Awakening into Reality can take a short path or long path..
I teach the short path of Enlightenment..
This requires complete surrender of all desires including the desire for existence..
In meditation, This Awakening can occur with persistence, this might even be called the suicide of the ego..

Kabir...
To what shore would you cross, O my
heart? There is no traveller before
you, there is no road:
Where is the movement, where is the
rest, on that shore?
There is no water; no boat, no boatman,
is there;
There is not so much as a rope to tow
the boat, nor a man to draw it.
No earth, no sky, no time, no thing, is
there: no shore, no ford!
There, there is neither body nor mind:
and where is the place that shall
still the thirst of the soul? You shall
find naught in that emptiness.
Be strong, and enter into your own body:
for there your foothold is firm. Consider
it well, O my heart! Go not elsewhere.
Kabir says: "Put all imaginations away, and
stand fast in that which you are."

Love is what is left...
Thought takes dualistic positions. It says: “This is about Oneness.” “This is not about Oneness.” “There is a God.” “There isn’t a God.” “Spiritual realization is about awareness.” “Spiritual realization is not about awareness.” “There is a self.” “There is no self.” “There is choice.” “There is no choice.” “This is about Jesus.” “This is not about Jesus.” “My life is good.” “My life is bad.” “This teacher has it.” “This teacher doesn’t.” These are all dualistic stories.
Thought cannot see non-duality. The function of thought is to take dualistic positions. Thought can even take a position on thought. “Thought is bad” is just another dualistic position.
Oneness is not a position. It is not anything to argue about. It is nothing at all. It cannot be grasped. You can’t get it because you are it. It is a seeing that life is impermanent. There is nothing to hold onto. No experience. No concept. No belief. No philosophy. No expression. Nothing, nothing, nothing.
To the dualistic mind, that may sound like nihilism. But again, the dualistic mind will never see ‘This.’ When non-duality is realized to be this seeing of what the dualistic mind is constantly doing, an opening can happen. The attachment to all positions dies. Love is what is left. This love takes no position on non-duality. It is not for or against it. It sees no other so it allows everything. Love just is.

Searching for God...
Why is it that despite all the visible and touchable counter-attractions, despite the innumerable failures and long years of fruitlessness, so many men have sought through so many ages in so many lands for God, for what is utterly intangible, unnameable, shapeless, unseen, and unheard?
Because the simple but astonishing fact is that the Overself, which is the presence of God in them, is part of their nature as human beings!
Mysticism is nothing more than the methodical attempt to wake up to this fact.
The "soul" which metaphysics points to in reasoning, mysticism establishes in experience. We all need to feel the divine presence. Even the man who asserts that he does not is no exception. For he indirectly finds it just the same in spite of himself but under limited forms like aesthetic appreciation or Nature's inspiration.
Even if all contemporary mystics were to die out, even if not a single living man were to be interested in mysticism, even if all mystical doctrines were to disappear from human memory and written record, the logic of evolution would bring back both the teaching and the practice.
They are two of those historical necessities which are certain to be regained in the course of humanity's cultural progress.

Repeating Knowledge...
I have been accused of repeating Knowledge..
I confess that I am liable..
I tell you the same knowledge to imprint upon your sub-conscious mind..
The sub-conscious mind is what is called your 'soul'..
It is the link between Divine Consciousness and the Dream of separate egoic consciousness..
You have not been told of this knowledge before by your religions..
This is because, religions have been used as a social device to control humans and to divest them of wealth..
You exist within a Dream of deception and lies called the satanic experience..
This experience is the exact opposite of Reality..
Reality is Love..
This is why you always seek Love..
Love is also known as God..
Is it becoming more clear?..
I will keep ringing the bell, until you Awaken...

' I saw '...
For a moment I saw a beautiful moving river.
Then a vast water with no means of crossing it.
For a moment, I saw a bush full of opening buds.
Then no roses, no thorns, nothing.
For a moment I saw a busy cooking fire.
Then no hearth, no smoke, no flame.
I saw the great mother of kings, Kunti.
Then, the next moment, sitting here, is
the helpless old aunt of the potter's wife.

Longing for the unattainable...
There is a time in life when a passion is awakened in the soul that gives the soul a longing for
the unattainable,
and if the soul does not take that direction,
then it certainly misses something in life for which it has an innate longing and in which lies its ultimate satisfaction.

The Seamlessness Between Awareness and Thought...
Yesterday's reflection, as with many non-duality writings, made a distinction between awareness and thought -- between nothing and everything. The mind falsely believes it knows what we are talking about when we locate a NO-thing called "awareness" in relation to a something else called "thought." But is the distinction absolutely real?
Don't think about what is being said here. Thought will always create distinctions. Just look. Where does a thought begin? It appears to arise out of and vanish back into this NO-thing we call "awareness." But where is the actual, solid line between thought and awareness?
Can you see the very point at which this NO-thing called "awareness" turns into this other thing called "thought?" Can you see the very point at which this thing called "thought" dies into "awareness?"
This reflection is not inviting a philosophical view or an attempt to grasp non-duality intellectually. Instead, this is an invitation to notice the seamlessness of life. Thought bleeds seamlessly out of awareness and falls seamlessly back into it. The line between thought and awareness can never really be found.
This One Life is apparently moving in and out of form in a mysteriously seamless way. The mind's idea that it "gets" non-duality simply because it has located a NO-thing called "awareness" and a something else called "thought" is ultimately just another dualism. There is nothing to get. Life is simply living itself seamlessly, way beyond what the intellect can grasp.

On a monday night...
What shall we speak of ?..
The first day of work, or of learning of the Dream..
Let us learn of the Dream..
We walk within holograms of Dreams and seek the future of ego desire..
We see specters of others and condense them into visions of family..
Why are we separate?..
Love and ego separate us from each other..
We devise religions and philosophies that devide us..
And yet, we are the mind of all Dreams..
Can we wake from this nightmare?..
Of course..
The humans of wisdom have always told you to follow the path of Love..
So easy, and yet so difficult..
The ego always gets in the way..
So, who are You?..

The Absolute...
"Understand then, that it is this conscious presence that you are, so long as the body is there.
Once your body is gone, along with the vital breath, consciousness will also leave.
Only that which was prior to the appearance of this body-cum-consciousness, the Absolute, the ever-present is your true identity.
That is what we all really are. That is reality. It is here and now.
Where is the question of anyone reaching for it?"
-Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj
Jnana...
"Ignorance conceals the pre-existent Knowledge just as the water plants cover the surface of a pond. Clear away the plants and you have the water. You don't have to create it; it is already there. Or take another example — a cataract grows on the eye and prevents a man from seeing: remove the cataract and he sees. Ignorance is the cataract.
*Jnana* (Knowledge) is not something to be attained. It is eternal and self-existent. On the other hand, ignorance has a cause and an end. The root of it is the idea that the devotee is separate from God. Remove that and what remains is *Jnana*."

Freedom means letting go...
Freedom means letting go.
People just do not care to
let go of everything.
They do not know that the finite is

Spiritual maturity lies in the readiness to let go of everything.

realizing that there is nothing to give up, for nothing is your
own.

The Simplicity of 'This'...
In the search for something more than this moment, the simplicity of ‘This’ is missed completely. Look around. Sense the being — the felt oneness with life. Thoughts may be happening. Perhaps a feeling of anxiety briefly arises and falls in awareness as you read this reflection.
Maybe there is the sound of a dog barking, a clock ticking, or a child laughing in the other room. That is all that is happening. Isn’t it beautifully simple? Spiritual awakening is that simple. It is to realize ‘This’ fully and to allow the search for something more than ‘This’ to die naturally in that seeing.
Isn’t the search for something more a dream of thought arising now? Can you grab the future and control it from where you are sitting now? You cannot touch the future because it is nothing more than presently arising thought. When this is seen fully, the search is seen to be an illusion.
How can you need something other than ‘This?’ ‘This’ is precious. ‘This’ is all there is. Spiritual awakening is about the truth. The truth is that ‘This’ is life, happening now. ‘This’ is it. It is that simple. ‘This’ is when whatever is presently happening — whether it is the sound of dishes being washed or a plane flying over heard — is the most fascinating thing because it is all that is happening. It is truth.

The Overself...
The mysterious character of the Overself inevitably puzzles the intellect.
We may appreciate it better if we accept the paradoxical fact that it unites a duality and that therefore there are two ways of thinking of it, both correct.
There is the divine being which is entirely above all temporal concerns, absolute and universal, and there is also the demi-divine being which is in historical relation with the human ego..

Doctors without borders...
You will read of these doctors being killed by U.S. airstrikes and wonder why..
You must know that life exists minute by minute..
The humans will kill each other according to orders from other humans..
How strange we are, to kill other humans at command without consciousness..
We are fools, but, we continue to exist within a safe zone..
So many humans and yet we are enlisted to decline the population..
We look to others to lead us and yet the others are failures of honesty..
When does the Power of Love-Energy enter the show?..
Perhaps, when the pain of egoic-desire exits..

Listening to cats...
You say that I cannot converse with animals and yet I can hear the thoughts of cats to each other..
It is not that difficult..
Their eyes and head will move with thought..
Their bodies will move with fear or non-fear..
Their Consciousness is the same as yours..
And yet, we laught at such thoughts..
Can you lose yourself for a moment and become a cat?..
Probably not..
But, You can continue the role of Consciousness observing the Play..
You can remain You...

The first is the path to the last...
His role is to play witness of what he is, how he behaves, the thoughts he admits, just as if he were witnessing someone else.
This move-over from the actively-engaged person to the watcher who is impersonal and disengaged even in the midst of action, is one from drift to control. He must begin by putting the ego, his own ego, forward as an object of observation.
He will not succeed fully in doing so, because he is involved on both sides--as subject and object--but the direction can be fixed and the work can be started. With time and practice, study and reflection, help and sincerity, some sort of impersonality and neutrality can be established.
When inner stillness is fully reached, the work becomes much easier until it is completed by the grace of the higher Self, Overself. Of course, outside of meditation, he is conscious of his commonplace body; but he is also conscious of his awe-inspiring Overself. He sees the first as part of a passing show, himself as an uninvolved observer, and behind both the eternal Overself.
