The One Heart...

Awakening to that which is free from suffering has become a common facet of awakening.

What seems to be more rare is the facet of awakening where one awakens to the Heart of Being.

When you deeply FEEL that ALL suffering is literally your suffering,

then you can say that awakening has awoken to itself as the One Heart.
