All is Consciousness...

Your body, your mind, the whole phenomenal world we see all around us, all have there validity.

They are not just entirely illusory.

They are only illusory when they are seen as separate entities that stand on there own independently.

They ARE distinct from one another.

Your body and the body of a star fish are certainly different.

But nothing that exists in the physical world is really a separate entity.

All these forms are so many amazing expressions/manifestations of the infinite, universal consciousness, including the form that people call "you".

No form is separate.

Every form is a part of the whole.

The particular body/mind that is called by your name is included in universal consciousness, so it is included as a part of who and what you are.

So, in that sense, you ARE a body/mind after all.

You are just not limited to that, you are not exclusively that...
