Suffering...

All suffering is caused by our belief in the separate ego.. We have fallen into the lower frequencies of matter and physical and mental pain by this belief in ourselves being part of matter instead of Spirit.. When You have moved beyond the belief that you are separate ego and surrendered this belief to Divine Consciousness then You enter Reality.. that state of no body,no pain and only Bliss and Love. this is our natural state.. Awakening is this experience of Knowing.. To end the suffering is the basic message of all Spiritual Masters, .. End the Ego...........namaste, thomas
