The only way that You will completely understand what the Truth is, is to
practice Meditation and while doing so, release the Belief that You are the
ego.. This will be the most difficult activity of your life.. As Jesus said,"you
must die to be born".. You must commit mental suicide of your ego and life..
This is the only way to Awaken into Reality.. Until you are able to accomplish
this task, you will remain in ignorance and pain..........namaste, thomas

i would like to tell you what a true inspiration you are to all seekers....
i had practiced on and off for some years , ... i saw the difference it made in my life. i have now began again to meditate, and i see the immediate change its making, again.
i have also been practicing the daily ritual of egoic suicide... which happens more times during a day then i would like!
i find it amazingly true that once your consciousness points out that ego,.. that wanting other then what is, ... wanting it your way,it just disappears. and i chuckle :)
