"Remember the principle I mentioned last night. It's been known for hundreds of years but it's so easily forgotten. It's a funny thing. The truer something is, the more easily it is forgotten. The more false something is, the more difficult it is to forget it. It's just the opposite of the way you think it would work. But its really simple because truth has no resistance. Truth has no resistance to the forgetting of truth. But illusion is resistance. So it has a tremendous resistance to forgetting it, to seeing around it. I imagine everyone in this room has at some point heard that 'what you resist persists.' And if you haven't then it's high time you do. What we resist is what persists. You even can hear about the Oneness of things, your true nature and if your not careful, you can start to resist yourself. You can resist misperceiving yourself. The best way to stay in illusion is to resist illusion. It's a guarantee that you'll stay in illusion. Awakening never happens when we are resisting illusion."
