Son of God...

The Son of God is a term we define as the awakened and empowered spirit within an individual. The Son of God refers specifically to an individual who has established a 100% full conscious contact with God on an ongoing basis. Anyone can raise their consciousness to this level through the inner work of unification of the self and transformation of the emotional nature. There have been a number of Sons of God in the past and there will continue to be more in the future. It is the final stage of our spiritual growth in this world. Once accomplished, we move on to higher levels of experience and more advanced learning.
Our goal here on earth is to become a Son of God. This is accomplished by a process of unlearning the false teachings of the world and entering into the truth of God. The false teachings of the world include:
1. The superiority or inferiority of other people or other races of people. Each and every person in the world is a child of God and each has equal standing in the eyes of God. None are better than or less than any other.
2. In order for us to have something, we must deprive another. This is the basis of competition which is the excuse for accumulating wealth and objects at the expense of others. The correction for competition is cooperation. Through cooperation we can learn to live together, grow together and help one another accomplish our true potential. War is the ultimate competition and the death and destruction it brings demonstrates the true nature of competition.
3. Power and control represent the highest level of personal development. Kings, Queens, presidents and rulers of countries are elevated above the rest of humanity. Yet the least in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than all of these rulers put together. The greater the personal and spiritual development, the more we desire to serve humanity. Our service to God in this world is our service to God’s children.
4. We are born in sin and must have someone save us. We are not born in sin, we are born of God. The living spirit within is the substance of God; the living light of spirit. We are given this opportunity and life to find, express and expand the spirit within.
