The false self...

If you contemplate the meaning of Love, you will come to the conclusion that Love is only felt when there is no thought of 'you" but only of the other..this is the mental state that we call non-ego because the ego is not within thought during the feeling of Love.. this is also called the state of humility.. this is the teaching of all of the great spiritual masters including Jesus.. this is why ego must be abandoned to enter Love.... this ego is called false self as it is just a culmination of memories and thoughts.. the True Self is You and is composed of Consciousness that some call Spirit.. But, the only way to verify if these spiritual masters are correct or not is to dissolve the false self (ego) and see for your self.. until, you are ready to do this work, you will remain in ignorance, pain, and little Love.............. namaste, thomas
