' The Heart Acts '...

If you keep anger, frustration, fear and resentment in your heart; you become that.

If you keep the Lord of Love in your heart, you become that.

It is from the overflow of the heart that one acts.

Therefore, pray that you may be emptied and filled with the Holy Spirit; and given the strength to endure the process.
