Still the mind...
We are seeking Truth..
That is all..
But, in Reality, We are Truth..
Truth seeking Truth..
It is a circle of chasing that the ego makes us go through..
All We have to do is sit quietly to know Truth..
Silence is the greatest weapon against the noise of ego and mind..
Still the mind and you have stilled the ego..
What is left is Reality...

Zen Poem...
Zen Poem - Buddha
"the mind cannot
become the buddha;
the body cannot
become the buddha.
only what cannot become the buddha
can become the buddha."
Osho on above zen poem - "What are the ingredients in you? The body cannot become the buddha, the mind cannot become the buddha. Apart from body and mind is there something else within you? That is what I am calling watchfulness, awareness, witnessing. Only that, but that also cannot become the buddha, it already is the buddha. It is a very beautiful poem and it shows that the man understands what he is saying....
That last part will look like a puzzle to anybody who does not understand his own awareness. You don't have to become a buddha. You already are a buddha, you just have to discover it. You are covered with a body, you are covered with a mind. You just have to discover yourself, you don't have to become.
You just have to recognize. You just have to penetrate within your body and mind, reaching to the innermost core -- and suddenly you are the buddha. It is not that you have become a buddha, you are a fully-fledged buddha already. You have just not looked inside yourself."

definitions and beliefs...
By overlaying a subjective grid work on the
world through your definitions and beliefs, you
vainly try to artificially divide the indivisible.
Beneath all of your ego-based interpretations,
however, the Absolute persists undisturbed and is
completely untouched by everything that you think,
feel, say and do.
Meanwhile, though, you're still struggling to
frantically write the story of your life on the watery
surface of an Eternal Ocean.

to love yourself...
We hear this expression that you must first love yourself before you can love others..
What 'Self' is being spoken of ?..
The 'Real Self' or the 'false self'..
The 'Real Self' is the Divine Consciousness that We Are..
The 'false self' is the ego that we believe that we are..
Therefore, It is the 'Real Self' that is feeling love and compassion for the 'false self'..
Compassion is Love that recognizes the pain that the ego endures by being ego and even agrees to share
this pain with ego, as Love is the dissolver of egoic pain..
This is Loving yourself before you can Love others..
Love is the state of non-egoic consciousness..
Loving the illusion until the illusion fades is returning to Reality..
The illusion of ego can only exist when Love is not present..
Love your 'self' to death..
As Jesus once said;
" you must die to be born"...

to quicken the pace...
One of the chief benefits of meeting with an illumined book or an inspired man,
is that such an encounter opens up the possibility of moving more swiftly from a lower to a higher standpoint.
It opens up truths which would ordinarily be too far ahead to be noticed, thus acting like a spiritual telescope.
It also brings us face to face with our own errors in thought and conduct.
Such a movement might otherwise take several years or sometimes a whole lifetime.
But it remains only a possibility.
It is for us to recognize the true character of the opportunity and for us to grasp and take the fullest advantage of it.

Escape...
We find ourselves within a cage of non-love..
This world ruled by those that worship egoic power..
These leaders that follow the angel of darkness..
This hell is felt as pain, both mentally and physically..
Is there escape ?..
Many Avatars have given you the Key..
Unconditional Love is the Key to Freedom..
This illusion of life will change when Hearts have changed..
Will this be the time and place ?..
Our desire is the source of manifestation..
Is our desire strong enough ?..

never born, never die...
"I am never born, I never die. Yet every moment I take birth and undergo death.
The countless illusory births and deaths are necessary landmarks in the
progression of man's consciousness to Truth - a prelude to the Real Death and
the Real Birth. The Real Death is when one dies to self; and the Real Birth is
when, dying to self, one is born in God to live forever His eternal Life
consciously.
"Although I am present everywhere eternally in my formless Infinite State, from
time to time I take Form. This taking of Form and the leaving of it is termed My
physical birth and death. In this sense, I was born sixty years ago and will die
when my Universal Work is finished.

Truth is Divine...
Truth alone can succeed; falsehood is a waste of time and loss of energy.
Bowl of Saki, February 23, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
Falsehood, whatever its apparent success, has its limitations and its end. For
at every step the false person will feel falseness; and with every step a person
takes towards falsehood, he will feel his feet growing heavier and heavier when
he encounters the truth, while those who walk towards the truth will feel their
feet becoming lighter with every step they take.
Truth is the divine element in man. Truth is every soul's seeking. Therefore as
soon as the clouds of illusion are scattered, that which man now begins to see
is nothing but the truth which has been there all the time. He finds that the
truth was never absent; it was only covered by clouds of illusion.
By changing his own nature, by making himself more truthful, he disperses the
clouds of falsehood within and without, and begins to see life as it really is
both inwardly and outwardly. From this time onwards, the meaning of religion
becomes clear. One begins to understand what the great teachers have taught.
Then one becomes tolerant to the various religions. Nothing seems strange any
more. Nothing surprises. For now one begins to know the innermost nature of man;
one sees the cause behind every action.
People speak about truth and falsehood, but once the mystic has reached the
truth, all is truth to him; then everything is a phenomenon of truth, a picture
of truth. For instance, a person looking at a picture may distinguish light and
shade, but another instead of speaking of light and shade, will say, 'This is a
portrait of so and so, it is a very good picture, exactly like him.' Truth is
like this; and so to a mystic the whole of life is a picture of the divine
Beloved.
The Avatar...
"God incarnates Himself in a human form. It is true that He dwells everywhere,
in all living creatures, but the desires of the human soul cannot be fulfilled
except by an Avatara or Divine Incarnation. The human being longs to see Him,
touch Him, be with Him and enjoy His Divine company. In order to fulfill such
desires, the Incarnation of God is necessary. When an Avatara or Divine
Incarnation descends, however, the people at large do not know it. It is known
only to a few chosen disciples. Can everyone comprehend the indivisible Absolute
Brahman, Existence-Intelligence-Bliss Absolute?
"When the Supreme Lord incarnated Himself as Rama, only twelve sages knew it.
The other saints and sages knew Him as the prince [son] of the Raja Dasaratha.
But those twelve sages prayed to Him, saying: 'O Rama, Thou art the indivisible
Existence-Intelligence-Bliss Absolute. Thou hast incarnated in this human form.
By Thine own power of Maya Thou appearest as a human being, but in reality Thou
art the Lord of the universe.'"

" Happiness "...
Let us dwell upon the consciousness of Happiness..
This is the goal of every human upon Earth..
Many seek Happiness through the illusions of power, wealth, and fame..
All false centers of the ego..
They keep seeking more of these illusions because the pleasure of achieving them is short lived..
Most humans are aware enough to seek Happiness through the consciousness of Love..
They feel the pleasure of thinking of another instead of themselves..
This is the anti-ego consciousness that brings the pleasure of being Nothing ..
Why does Nothingness bring Love and Happiness ?..
Because, We in Reality are not the illusion of separate ego that creates 'Something'..
We are 'Nothing' because we do not In Reality, exist..
Only God exists..
Only Love exists..
They are One and the Same..
The 'Nothingness' of non-ego is the 'Everythingness' of Unconditional Love..
" Knock and the door shall be opened "..
But Only Nothingness can enter..

The soul...
The soul is perfectly knowable and experienceable.
It is here in men's very hearts and minds, and such knowledge once gained, such experience once known, lifts them into a higher estimate of themselves.
Men then become not merely thinking animals but glorious beings.
Is it not astonishing that man has ever been attracted and captivated by something which the intellect can hardly conceive nor the imagination picture, something which cannot even be truly named?
Here is something to ponder over:
why men should have forfeited all that seems dear, to the point of forfeiting life itself, for something which can never be touched or smelled, seen or heard.

The Gospel of Thomas...
36. Jesus said, "Do not fret, from morning to evening and from evening to morning, [about your food--what you're going to eat, or about your clothing--] what you are going to wear. [You're much better than the lilies, which neither card nor spin.
As for you, when you have no garment, what will you put on? Who might add to your stature? That very one will give you your garment.]"
37. His disciples said, "When will you appear to us, and when will we see you?"
Jesus said, "When you strip without being ashamed, and you take your clothes and put them under your feet like little children and trample then, then [you] will see the son of the living one and you will not be afraid."
38. Jesus said, "Often you have desired to hear these sayings that I am speaking to you, and you have no one else from whom to hear them. There will be days when you will seek me and you will not find me."
39. Jesus said, "The Pharisees and the scholars have taken the keys of knowledge and have hidden them. They have not entered nor have they allowed those who want to enter to do so.
As for you, be as sly as snakes and as simple as doves."
40. Jesus said, "A grapevine has been planted apart from the Father. Since it is not strong, it will be pulled up by its root and will perish."
41. Jesus said, "Whoever has something in hand will be given more, and whoever has nothing will be deprived of even the little they have."
42. Jesus said, "Be passersby."
43. His disciples said to him, "Who are you to say these things to us?"
"You don't understand who I am from what I say to you.
Rather, you have become like the Judeans, for they love the tree but hate its fruit, or they love the fruit but hate the tree."
44. Jesus said, "Whoever blasphemes against the Father will be forgiven, and whoever blasphemes against the son will be forgiven, but whoever blasphemes against the holy spirit will not be forgiven, either on earth or in heaven."
45. Jesus said, "Grapes are not harvested from thorn trees, nor are figs gathered from thistles, for they yield no fruit.
Good persons produce good from what they've stored up; bad persons produce evil from the wickedness they've stored up in their hearts, and say evil things. For from the overflow of the heart they produce evil."
46. Jesus said, "From Adam to John the Baptist, among those born of women, no one is so much greater than John the Baptist that his eyes should not be averted.
But I have said that whoever among you becomes a child will recognize the (Father's) kingdom and will become greater than John."
47. Jesus said, "A person cannot mount two horses or bend two bows.
And a slave cannot serve two masters, otherwise that slave will honor the one and offend the other.
Nobody drinks aged wine and immediately wants to drink young wine. Young wine is not poured into old wineskins, or they might break, and aged wine is not poured into a new wineskin, or it might spoil.
An old patch is not sewn onto a new garment, since it would create a tear."
48. Jesus said, "If two make peace with each other in a single house, they will say to the mountain, 'Move from here!' and it will move."
Life is an opportunity...
Life is an opportunity given to satisfy the hunger and thirst of the soul.
Bowl of Saki, February 22, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
And what is life? Life is an opportunity. To the optimistic person the
opportunity is a promise, and for the pessimistic person this opportunity is
lost. It is not that the Creator makes man lose it, but it is man who withdraws
himself from the possibility of seizing the opportunity.
If there is something that can be accomplished today, we need not wait for it to
be accomplished tomorrow. For life is an opportunity, and desire has the
greatest power, and perfection is the promise of the soul. We seek perfection,
because perfection is the ultimate aim and the goal of creation. The source of
all things is perfect. Our source is perfect, our goal is perfect. And therefore
every atom of the universe is working towards perfection, and sooner or later it
must arrive at perfection consciously. If it were not so, you would not have
read in the Bible, 'Be ye perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect.'
Kabir, the great poet of India says, 'Life is a field and you are born to
cultivate it. And if you know how to cultivate this field you can produce
anything you like. All the need of your life can be produced in this field. All
that your soul yearns after and all you need is to be got from the field, if you
know how to cultivate it and how to reap the fruit.' But if this opportunity is
only studied in order to make the best of life by taking all that one can take
and by being more comfortable, that is not satisfying. We must enrich ourselves
with thought, with that happiness which is spiritual happiness, with that peace
which belongs to our soul, with that liberty, that freedom, for which our soul
longs; and attain to that higher knowledge which breaks all the fetters of life
and raises our consciousness to look at life from a different point of view.
Once a person has realized this opportunity he has fulfilled the purpose of
Life.
All within you...
"As I said the other day, the gross, subtle, mental and God are all within you
in human form. Don't try to find subtle, mental and God in some other world --
it is in you in human form. It is just the change in the vision of consciousness
which gives the change of experiencing different planes and worlds.
"Now in the gross world there is human consciousness, and here on this earth and
in the whole universe, also in the subtle world and mental world, there are
innumerable experiences but the experiences that you have in this gross world,
these experiences are quite different from the experiences of the subtle world
-- absolutely different from the subtle world, but it is all inyou; you don't go
anywhere, you do not rise to higher geographical or geometrical levels.
"It is all here, but as the angle of vision changes through experiencing
different things, in the end you begin to experience yourself as God; after
having a number of infinite experiences, you eventually ultimately experience
yourself as God -- that is the end. That one ultimate experience is the Real
experience -- all other experiences of the gross world, the subtle, the mental,
all these experiences are illusory.
"So all states -- even hell, limbo, worlds, planes -- are all in you in human
form. Don't ask in other places, ask within you. But to eventually become your
own Self, you have to love me -- no other remedy -- no other solution but to
love me.

Experiences...
Experience leaves only memories behind and adds to the burden which is heavy enough.
You need no more experiences.
The past ones are sufficient.
And if you feel you need more,

Learn from the sorrows of others and save yourself your own.

Searching for Self...
Why do we exist?... The eternal question!..
If there is only 'Thought' existing, then what is 'Thought' to do but 'Think'..
If there is no Personality within 'Thought', what would 'Thought' think of?..
This is where we come into the picture..
An eternal film about 'Knowing Self'..
We along with ' Thought' are searching for 'Self'..
But, if Self is ever found, It then becomes separate from 'Thought' and Duality begins again..
Perhaps, total Freedom is only realised when Self disappears..

' Alone '...
The word 'Alone' is the combination of the words 'All and One'..
This word and many other commonly used words are written in code for 'those that have eyes to see'..
When 'All is One', There is Unity and Compassion..
When did you not have compassion for yourself?..
In Truth, All is indeed One..
There is only One Source that creates the illusion of many..
We as the illusion of separate egoic entities always feel a nagging consciousness to return to the Oneness of Source..
This nagging is the pain of egoic consciousness..
The pain is overcome by retaining the consciousness of non-egoic consciousness called 'Unconditional Love'..
This is the Path of all Mystics..
The 'Path of Love'..
Keep walking in this mental consciousness and you will find Freedom in Oneness (Aloneness)...

Self...
THE INFINITE POWER OF THE SELF
Once you are established in the state of no-mind, no one can do anything to you unless you consciously let them do it. You can allow something to happen or not to happen. Whether it happens or not, you remain a witness - completely untouched and unperturbed, ever established in the state of supreme detachment
Suppose someone wants to harm you or even kill you. They cannot lift a finger against you if you do not permit it. As long as your sankalpa (resolve) is there, nothing they do can affect you. They will in some mysterious way always fail. Finally they might reach the conclusion that something, some divine power, is protecting you. But this power is the infinite power of the Self. It is not some power that comes from outside. The source of this power is within you. You become that infinite power.
When you are egoless you are everything. The entire universe is with an enlightened being. Even the animals, trees, mountains and rivers, and the sun and the moon and the stars are on the side of the Self-Realised soul - because in that state you are ego less. When you bow down before all existence, in utter humility, the universe (existence) bows down to you and serves you.
Amma
The Self...
The Self is ever-present; there is no question of realising it. You can neither reach it nor attain it because you are the Self even now. It is said that the mind prevents one from being aware of the Self, but the mind is non-existent. The Self alone exists, and one who knows this knows that there is no birth, no death, no mind, no time and no question of enlightenment. This is the final truth.
The first thought to appear is the 'I' thought. It rises in the Heart and in a split second travels to the brain, identifies with the body and the senses, and then sees the world around it as a real world. Follow the quest 'Who am I?'. Follow the 'I' back to its source. When the 'I' goes back to its source and identifies with the Self instead of with the senses, there is eternal peace and bliss. To do this you have to get rid of all thoughts. The first of all thoughts is the 'I' thought. Give up all other thoughts and catch hold of the 'I' thought. The Self will then embrace that 'I' and devour it.

It is said that soon after his enlightenment the Buddha passed a man on the road who was struck by the Buddha's extraordinary radiance and peaceful presence. The man stopped and asked,

Well, then, are you some kind of magician or wizard?
again the Buddha answered;
No..
Are you a man?
No..
Well, my friend, then what are you?

Search and you shall discover the Universal Person, who is yourself and infinitely more.
Anyhow, begin by realizing that the world is in you, not you in the world.
Your personal body is a part in which the whole is wonderfully reflected.
But you have also a universal body.
You cannot even say that you do not know it, because you see and experience it all the time.

Creating a Nightmare...
We as Consciousness create this illusion called life..
We as a group consciousness create this world..
This is why the powers that control the world desire to control our thoughts..
They know the secret of creation..
Their secret societies use both the egoic consciousness and the non-egoic consciousness as a tool for domination..
The members seek power and wealth through the society and also seek a higher good to others through the society..
But, the real secret is hidden until the member has had his sub-conscious mind formed to adhere to the programming..
The 33 degree is calling..
By this time, the false illusion of deity is presented as the creator..
The deity of egoic consciousness and selfishness..
The deity of division and duality..
The trap has been set and they have fallen into the illusion of egoic power..
This is the eternal cycle of reincarnation and pain..
There is little Love found in this trap..
Rise above this prince of lies and enter Reality..
End the Nightmare, Find Peace..
Unconditional Love is the True Secret of Reality..
All else is a Nightmare..

The Master...
"Who is a Master?
He is the Self after all.
According to the stages of the
development of the mind the Self manifests as the Master externally.
The famous
ancient saint Avadhuta said that he had more than 24 Masters.
The Master is one
from whom one learns anything.
The Guru may be sometimes inanimate also, as in
the case of Avadhuta.
God, Guru and the Self are identical.
A spiritual-minded
man thinks that God is all-pervading and takes God for his Guru.
Later, God
brings him in contact with a personal Guru and the man recognises him as all in
all.
Lastly the same man is made by the grace of the Master to feel that his
Self is the Reality and nothing else.
Thus he finds that the Self is the
Master."

Deep within subatomic particles, exist no matter only frequencies of Light..
What causes these frequencies to form objects and galaxies ?..
Thought , is the Creative Force..
What is Mind ?..
The Mind within humanity is just a shadow of Consciousness..
Consciousness watches the mind interact within the illusions of Thought..
The Mind creates and Consciousness watches the Creation..
We are this Consciousness that Watches..
What is the purpose of Consciousness ( Us )?..
We are the Dreams from Pure Intelligence..
We only believe that we exist..
Only Pure Intelligence exists,
When We have surrendered the belief in egoic existence,
Pure Intelligence dissolves our dream..
Do not fear non-existence,
Only the existence of Pure Intelligence has ever existed..
Unconditional Love is the Breath of Pure Intelligence..
You are the Breath of Pure Intelligence..
Come Home, Pilgrim!...

" As a man thinketh"...
Every man is where he is by the law of his
being;
the thoughts which he has built into
his character have brought him there,
and
in the arrangement of his life there is no
element of chance,
but all is the result of
a law which cannot err.
This is just as true
of those who feel "out of harmony" with their
surroundings
as of those who are contented
with them.

Saint Valentine's Day...
When I was a youngster, This day was called Saint Valentine's Day but the
government controlled media changed it to just Valentine's Day..
The only exception is the negative memory of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre..
St. Valentine was a Martyr in ancient Rome..
Just as Saint Nicholas was manifested into Santa, and Christmas is changed into
X-mas..
It is a memory altering program to separate spirituality from society..
The heart shaped box of chocolates is to symbolise the Heart as the Source of
Unconditional Love and the entrance to Freedom...

How should I not be bold and resolute?
He is my support.

Ascension...
This has been the Keyword for a number of years and is meant to be the salve for all pain..
This fourth dimension is depicted as a Heaven of non-duality and Love..
In my understanding, It is still a place of singular personality with a higher mentality of compassion..
How then can this state be called Non-Duality?..
By It's very definition, Non-Duality means "Not Two"..
Obviously, the belief in egoic consciousness will continue, we will still believe that we are separate from each other and separate from that which we call Creator and further from that which we call Source..
Perhaps, this change of physical manifestation is not the end of pain, as all pain is experienced through the mind, but only the beginning of the learning of no-pain..
I think the Real Answer is not found in the physical or spiritual worlds regardless of dimension but in the discovery that We are not the personality that continues to be trapped within these dimensions...

'A Lamp unto yourself'...
"Therefore, O Ananda, be ye lamps unto yourselves. Rely on yourselves, and do
not rely on external help. Hold fast to the truth as a lamp. Seek salvation
alone in the truth. Look not for assistance to any one besides yourselves.
"And how, Ananda, can a brother be a lamp unto himself, rely on himself only and
not on any external help, holding fast to the truth as his lamp and seeking
salvation in the truth alone, looking not for assistance to any one besides
himself? Herein, O Ananda, let a brother, as he dwells in the body, so regard
the body that he, being strenuous, thoughtful, and mindful, may, whilst in the
world, overcome the grief which arises from the body's cravings. While subject
to sensations let him continue so to regard the sensations that he, being
strenuous, thoughtful, and mindful, may, whilst in the world, overcome the grief
which arises from the sensations. And so, also, when he thinks or reasons, or
feels, let him so regard his thoughts that being strenuous, thoughtful and
mindful he may, whilst in the world, overcome the grief which arises from the
craving due to ideas, or to reasoning, or to feeling.
"Those who, either now or after I am dead, shall be lamps unto themselves,
relying upon themselves only and not relying upon any external help, but holding
fast to the truth as their lamp, and seeking their salvation in the truth alone,
and shall not look for assistance to any one besides themselves, it is they,
Ananda, among my bhikkhus, who shall reach the very topmost height! But they
must be anxious to learn."

Studying...
If there is anything worth studying by a human being,
after the necessary preliminary studies of how to exist and survive in this world healthily and wisely,
it is the study of man's own consciousness--
not a cataloguing of the numerous thoughts that play within it,
but a deep investigation of its nature in itself, its own unadulterated pure self.

Duality...
If we think, "I strive to become one with God," or, "I am one with God," we have unconsciously denied the statement itself because we have unconsciously set up and retained two things, the "I" and "God."
If these two ultimately exist as separate things they will always exist as such.
If, however, they really enter into union, then they must always have been in union and never apart. In that case, the quest of the underself for the Overself is unnecessary.
How can these two opposed situations be resolved? The answer is that relativity has taught us the need of a double standpoint, the one relative and practical and constantly shifting, the other absolute and philosophical and forever unchanged.
From the first standpoint we see the necessity and must obey the urge of undertaking this quest in all its practical details and successive stages. From the second one, however, we see that all existence, inclusive of our own and whether we are aware of it or not, dwells in a timeless, motionless Now, a changeless, actionless Here, a thing-less, egoless Void.
The first bids us work and work hard at self-development in meditation, metaphysics, and altruistic activity, but the second informs us that nothing we do or abstain from doing can raise us to a region where we already are and forever shall be in any case. And because we are what we are, because we are Sphinxes with angelic heads and animal bodies, we are forced to hold both these standpoints side by side. If we wish to think truthfully and not merely half-truthfully, we must make both these extremes meet one another. That is, neither may be asserted alone and neither may be denied alone. It is easier to experience this quality than to understand it.
This is puzzling indeed and can never be easy, but then, were life less simple and less paradoxical than it is, all its major problems would not have worried the wisest men from the remotest antiquity until today. Such is the paradox of life and we had better accept it. That is, we must not hold one standpoint to the detriment of the other.
These two views need not oppose themselves against each other but can exist in a state of reconciliation and harmony when their mutual necessity is understood. We have to remember both that which is ever-becoming and that which is ever in being.
We are already as eternal, as immortal, as divine as we ever shall be. But if we want to become aware of it, why then we must climb down to the lower standpoint and pursue the quest in travail and limitation.

Laugh at death...
In this world of deception, pain, and death,
the ego puts forth the fear of death in the form of mental pain..
What if you conquered this illusion of non-existence?..
Of course, we exist..
'We think, therefore, we are'..
We are not the vehicle that we use..
If we could only remember the many lifetimes stuck in this matrix..
We are not the ego that keeps trying to reach perfection through continuous incarnations..
That is the lie of the controllers..
Stop falling for the lie..
You are Consciousness..
You do not need to become Consciousness by reaching perfection..
Just throw away the lie that You are the ego..
It is that easy!..
Stop being the fool and the pawn..
Realise and Awaken!..

Higher Wisdom...
Before we can dissolve the ego,
we must accept its presence and submit it to our higher wisdom.
For someone who has just entered the inner path, dissolution of ego is not the proper aspiration.
Instead, one should bring more acceptance, wisdom, understanding and purity
into how the ego functions in the mind
so as to align it with the will and light of the soul.

Awakening into Reality...
I just followed the advice of Gautama the Buddha and Jesus the Christ..
The Truth of Reality was actually easier than following any rituals or sitting at the feet of a guru..
I just allowed the ego to die..
This was done in meditation and the feeling was the sensation of dying..
It was the ego that died..
And what was left after the ego died , was Reality..
Light, Love, and Consciousness..
But, this path is too easy for most to believe, therefore, they study books and attend lectures for a lifetime and never find Reality..
Reality is Love... Non-ego is Love.. Love is Reality...

Mysticism and Devotion...
Mysticism without devotion is like uncooked food; it can never be assimilated.
Bowl of Saki, February 5, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:
Knowledge and heart are just like the positive and negative forces; it is these
two things which make life balanced. If the heart quality is very strong and
intellect is lacking, then life lacks balance. Knowledge and heart quality must
be developed together. There are fine lights and shades in one's life that
cannot be perceived and fully understood without having touched the deeper side
of life, which is the devotional side.
Mystics of all ages have not been known for their miraculous powers or for the
doctrines they have taught, but for the devotion they have shown throughout
their lives. The Sufi in the East says to himself Ishq Allah Mabud Allah which
means 'God is Love, God is Beloved', in other words it is God who is Love,
Lover, and Beloved. When we hear the stories of the miraculous powers of
mystics, of their great insight into the hidden laws of nature, of the qualities
which they manifested through their beautiful personalities, we realize that
these have all come from one and the same source, whether one calls it devotion
or whether one calls it love.
Mysticism without devotion is like uncooked food and can never be assimilated.
'I am the heart of my devotees,' says Krishna in the Baghavat Gita. And Hafiz
says, 'O joyous day when I depart from this abode of desolation, seeking the
repose of my soul and setting out in search of my Beloved.' ... The life of the
mystics, both the inner and the outer, is shown as a wondrous phenomenon within
itself. He becomes independent of all earthly sources of life and lives in the
Being of God, realizing His presence by the denial of his individual self; and
he thus merges into that highest bliss wherein he finds his salvation.
Memorial Note:
Hazrat Inayat Khan - July 5, 1882 - February 5, 1927
Following a bout with pneumonia, Inayat Khan departed from this world on
February 5, 1927, at the Tilak Lodge, located along the river Yamuna near Delhi,
India. His burial tomb is in the Basti Nizamuddin neighborhood of Delhi. Inayat
Khan described the essence of his spiritual message with the following words,
which are offered here to commemorate his life and teachings:
Our sacred task is to awaken among those around us and among those whom we can
reach in the first place the spirit of tolerance for the religion, scripture,
and the ideal of devotion of one another; our next task is to make man
understand people of different nations, races and communities, also of different
classes.
By this we do not mean to say that all races and nations must become one, nor
that all classes must become one; only what we have to say is that whatever be
our religion, nation, race or class, our most sacred duty is to work for one
another, in one another's interest, and to consider that as the service of God.
...
The central theme of the Sufi Message is one simple thing, and yet most
difficult, and that is to bring about in the world the realization of the
divinity of the human soul, which hitherto has been overlooked, for the reason
that the time had not come.
The principal thing that the Message has to accomplish in this era is to create
the realization of the divine spark in every soul, that every soul according to
its progress may begin to realize for itself the spark of divinity within. This
is the task that is before us.
Now you may ask, what is the Message? The Message is this: that the whole
humanity is as one single body, and all nations and communities and races as the
different organs, and the happiness and well-being of each of them is the
happiness and well-being of the whole body. If there is one organ of the body in
pain, the whole body has to sustain a share of the strain of it. That by this
Message mankind may begin to think that his welfare and his well-being is not in
looking after himself, but it is in looking after others, and when in all there
will be reciprocity, love and goodness towards another, the better time will
come.

[The Gospel of Mary]
Chapter 4
(Pages 1 to 6 of the manuscript, containing chapters 1 - 3, are lost. The extant text starts on page 7...)
. . . Will matter then be destroyed or not?
22) The Savior said, All nature, all formations, all creatures exist in and with one another, and they will be resolved again into their own roots.
23) For the nature of matter is resolved into the roots of its own nature alone.
24) He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
25) Peter said to him, Since you have explained everything to us, tell us this also: What is the sin of the world?
26) The Savior said There is no sin, but it is you who make sin when you do the things that are like the nature of adultery, which is called sin.
27) That is why the Good came into your midst, to the essence of every nature in order to restore it to its root.
28) Then He continued and said, That is why you become sick and die, for you are deprived of the one who can heal you.
29) He who has a mind to understand, let him understand.
30) Matter gave birth to a passion that has no equal, which proceeded from something contrary to nature. Then there arises a disturbance in its whole body.
31) That is why I said to you, Be of good courage, and if you are discouraged be encouraged in the presence of the different forms of nature.
32) He who has ears to hear, let him hear.
33) When the Blessed One had said this, He greeted them all, saying, Peace be with you. Receive my peace unto yourselves.
34) Beware that no one lead you astray saying Lo here or lo there! For the Son of Man is within you.
35) Follow after Him!
36) Those who seek Him will find Him.
37) Go then and preach the gospel of the Kingdom.
38) Do not lay down any rules beyond what I appointed you, and do not give a law like the lawgiver lest you be constrained by it.
39) When He said this He departed.

Seeing Emptiness...
In the face of directly seeing emptiness, the thought cannot remain just as no object can remain in mid-air. When we do not recognize emptiness, we are carried away continuously by thoughts. One thought after another is how the mind of sentient beings works, day and night. From beginningless lifetimes until now, thoughts have incessantly followed one another, like beads on a string. Yet the essence of each of these thoughts is emptiness, if we could only recognize it.
Repeatedly, you hear, “Recognize mind essence; attain stability in that.” What this really means is that we should repeatedly look into what thinks. We should recognize the absence or emptiness of this thinker over and over again, until finally the power of deluded thinking weakens, until it is totally gone without a trace. At that point, what remains to prevent the state of enlightenment?
Buddha nature is something we already possess. It is not a product of meditation practice; nor is it something we need to accumulate or achieve. However, unless we recognize it, we gain no benefit whatsoever from possessing it.
All of our thoughts come out of the buddha nature as its expression, like rays of sunlight emanate from the sun. It is not that the sun comes out of the rays. That’s why, in the beginning, you should look into mind essence until you have clearly ‘established the natural state’.
Once the natural state is established, there is no point in looking here or there. It does not make any difference any longer. At that level there is an inherent stability in emptiness. Nowhere on the face of this earth, nowhere under the heavens, can you find a more effective training for attaining buddhahood.
If there were a better path existing somewhere, you could at least search for it. But as it’s said, “Scan the entire universe. You will not find a path superior to this.” Even if you were to examine every single thing in the universe, you would not find a better method. So, train in exactly this.
Chris Collins...
Three stages...
"There are three stages of the disciple in Sufism. In the first stage the Master
draws the disciple to himself. This is the stone stage. The disciple is
enwrapped in deep ignorance and has no sense for spiritual values. He cannot
know the Master at this stone stage, and the initiative is entirely with the
Master.
"The second stage is called worm stage. Just as the worn is engaged in all kinds
of movements and actions, so the mind of the disciple is active in all kinds of
doubts and questions. At this stage the disciple asks many questions to the
Master. There is constant movement of thought at this worm stage.
"The third stage is called the dog stage. At this stage the mind has no
questions to ask. It is in a faith-state. Just as the dog follows the master
without challenge or doubt, the disciple has unswerving faith in the Master, and
follows his instructions unfailingly. At this stage asking comes to an end. When
spiritual progress has not yet begun as well as when it is at its height, there
is no asking to the Master."

Attachment to existence...
The 'point' that you are 'attached' to is, that 'You' exist as something..
Enlightenment is entered when 'you' is dissolved into 'No-thing-ness'..
The first step of Enlightenment upon surrendering this desire for existence of
the ego is to 'Awaken' as 'Light, Love, and Consciousness',( this is called
Divine Consciousness)..
The final step is to surrender even this desire for separation from
'No-thing-ness'..
You can remain as this God state as long as You desire..
Eventually, the desire for 'Complete Love' draws You to give the Ultimate Gift
to 'Reality'..
This is the dissolving of all desires for separation from Reality, which is
called Pure Intelligence..
Most Souls prefer to Awaken as Divine Consciousness because the fear of
non-existence is overpowering..
From this first Reality, It is easier to surrender 'All' to Love because You are
existing as Love..
Because of 'free will', Only You will decide at which state you believe and will
accept..

The 'I am' of Nisargadatta is limited to Divine Consciousness..
The 'I am' that he is speaking of is Divine Consciousness,
which is the Manifestor.
We are this Manifestor as long as We believe that We are the Creator..
But, This 'I am' is just a dream, just as ego is a waking dream..
As long as you believe that You are existence, as in matter or spirit, You
remain separate from That which has no Identity..
Source has no personality or identity, It is Pure Intelligence..
Does Pure Thought have a name or Identity?..
This is why Pure Thought has no observation of Itself and requires this dream
called life as a mirror..
