This sounds like Ribhu Gita, a book I am reading at present.
One of the verses is:
That by realizing which and in the Bliss of which
All other joys appear to be the joys of That,
That after realizing which with very firm certitude as oneself
Nothing else will in the least be something apart,
That by realizing which with very firm certitude as oneself
All kinds of Jiva-s (individuals, beings, lives) will attain
Liberation---
Ever abide in Bliss, without a trace of a concept (sankalpa),
In That itself as That itself.
(Chapter 26 Tamil version of Ribhu Gita, as translated by Dr. H. Ramamoorthy and Nome.)
It is Easter Day, The Anniversary of Jesus appearing in human form after His death..and I feel sad that after two thousand years and the Mystical teachings of Jesus, people are still in the pain of ignorance of who and what Jesus was.. They worship him as God and do not realize that this very worship creates a wall between them and God, and continues the duality and ignorance that keeps them in bondage to the ego and further incarnations.. They do not Realize that they and Jesus are the same Spirit, but Jesus was Self Realized and they are not... As Jesus said" Is it not written that you are all Gods"?.........namaste, thomas
