' It was always your imagination '...

There is a strong compulsion to live in our minds.

To pledge our allegiance to every thought and feeling that passes through our awareness.

All too often we are living in our imagination.

Entire worlds are created that engender fear, worthlessness, resentment, and hate.

Or we try and think positive and imagine a world of feeling good, endless forgiveness, ideas of future heavens and rewards.

If you investigate a bit further, you will see how flimsy these worlds truly are, and how quickly they vanish if we stop propping every thought and feeling.

Then, we can proceed with the question: Who am I in spite of thought and sensations?

Perhaps, with the perseverance to see the question all the way through; we may come in contact with the Reality that is not mind or sense based.
