' Do not ask “how.” '...

If you ask “how,” that will only lead you deeper into concepts potentially skewing one’s understanding towards being partial.

Rather, ask “what?”

From what space am I going to meet life with all its demands, uncertainties, thoughts, and body responses?

Will it be a space of grasping the details, analysis, and manipulation towards your particular vision?

Or will it be a space of profound surrender, acceptance, and unwavering trust in the divine order of things?
