Just be what you are right now without trying to change it.

The movement to change what you are is a movement of mind.

That movement of mind comes from the memorized past, which is the false self. The movement of mind that seeks to change that story of past is the projected future, which is also the false self.

See that time-bound story that moves along a continuum of past to future?

That is not what you are. Simply notice the false self when it arises. That which sees the false self is what you really are.
