The path to Reality...

You first have to unlearn much of the nonsense that has been taught to you.
You are not the body or mind, You are Consciousness.
The Kingdom within is Consciousness.
The world is a Dream that Consciousness is experiencing..
The reincarnations of life are just higher frequencies of ego.

The purpose of life is to return to full Consciousness.
The belief that You are an ego must be abandoned.
This is why Jesus taught that God is Love.
Love is the experience of non-egoic desire.
Watch the thoughts of your mind and watch all the thoughts of ego pass through,
do nothing but watch these thoughts and they will disappear because the ego is not real.

Without the egoic-control of the mind, Love will appear.
Love and Consciousness is your natural state of existence.
Consciousness watches the mind, which shows you that You are Consciousness and not the mind.
Practicing the abandoning of egoic desires is the practicing of Love.
Love is the path to Reality...

this is what i find......letting go of the egoic thoughts has brought more love into my life, .... through knowledge and understanding of others thoughts and actions. forgiveness for knowing not what they do unto each other.

point in fact: driving over the bridge on the way to work this week. putting my signal on and trying to manuever into the exiting lane. squeezing in front of a truck who then later purposely cut me off on the highway. i didnt get angry,.....he saw my lane change as aggressive. i understand his ego is huge so i let it go. i felt sadness for this soul. i actually felt love for him too. how strange is that? i guess because i saw myself in him. i have been there and maybe be there again some off day.

the next day on the way to a friends house i let a man cut ahead of me....and received a big ole smile and peace sign. love love love.... thats what makes the dream a better place to be.

blessings this fine evening

Always Awake

Every instant in the flow of illusion and suffering displays the full panoply of the unimpeded awakened state. There are no moments in which awake is not.
