Laugh at Fear...

You live your life within the energy of fear..

Fear is the opposite of Love..

It is this simple..

Many words in many books confuse the meaning of words..

This is why, I speak in paragraphs..

Few words are used to keep your minds within the message..

Horns and horror are used to describe the egoic consciousness, often called satan..

It is all an illusion..

They are thoughts of fear projected into the manifestations of evil..

Your thoughts create the dreams of fear or love..

Which Reality do you choose ?..

You will become the thoughts that you hold within your mind..

You are the 'Creator' of manifestations and illusions..

What will You Create Today ?...

To be Free...

This is the eternal message of this blog..

What is Free ?..

Perhaps, only you can answer this question..

Free of what ?..

Of course, it is free from the pain of existence..

And yet, you wish to exist forever..

Why ?..

Existence, is to be separate from That, which has dreamed you into existence..

These words might confuse you..

But, if you are Awake..

They might show Light within your consciousness..

It is up to you...

Be empty...

The manifestations of Consciousness are unending.

Nothing in the universe is fixed.

But my encouragement
is not to get too involved with any phenomena.

Let them
flow, and remain in and as the space of inner neutrality.

Be empty.

Like this, the personal mind will be quickly absorbed
into the Absolute.

Don't be afraid.

The Real is not some
abstraction, some black hole.

It is your complete Self
and the most true.

It is always here.

Your aspiration for
eternal life comes from here.

Don't be afraid of that.

Grace...

The notion of grace as given out in popular religion was helpful perhaps to

It is

All creatures...

"All creatures have the same source as we have.

LIke us, they derive the life of thought, love, and will from the Creator.

Not to hurt our humble brethren is our first duty to them;

We have a higher mission.

God wishes that we should succor them whenever they require it."

Inner and Outer...

Your expectation of something unique and dramatic, of
some wonderful explosion, is merely hindering and
delaying your self-realization.

You are not to expect an
explosion, for the explosion has already happened – at the
moment you were born, when you realized yourself as
being-knowing-feeling.

There is only one mistake you are
making.

You take the inner for the outer and the outer for
the inner.

What is in you, you take to be outside you and
what is outside you take to be in you.

The mind and
feelings are external, but you take them to be internal.

You believe the world to be objective, while it is entirely
a projection of your psyche.

That is the basic confusion
and no new explosion will set it right.

You have to think
yourself out of it.

There is no other way.

You want to know why you exist..

You are Awake..

Keep on learning, so that You become beyond learning..

The learning is actually simple..

The dissolving of the illusion is difficult..

Your path requires Courage..

This is the Key Word..

The Courage to end the egoic life..

The only life that you know..

None around you are doing so..

It is not fashionable..

But, you have become a Mystic and beyond fashion..

Pure Consciousness...

He is not separate from his own experience,

not an observer watching it.

For there is only the inner silence,

with which he is identified if he turns to examine the I,

only the pure consciousness.

Paul Brunton

The root of delusion...

"The root of delusion comes from the mind And he who knows the inwardness of the mind Sees that the clear light within neither comes nor goes.

And when the mind that is deceived by the appearance of outward things Has discerned the nature of appearance, It knows that there is no distinction between appearance and the void.

Again when the mind discerns the nature of meditation It also discerns what is not meditation, And that there is no distinction between the two.

For distinctive thought is the root of delusion And such thought has never been of the ultimate truth."

- Milarepa

The soul...

The soul is the sub-conscious mind that forgets nothing and sees no distinction between good and bad..

The soul is the connection as individual entity consciousness to the Universal Consciousness..

The soul is trained by the thoughts of the mind to be selfless (love) or selfish (ego)..

The mind is inclined to accept the thoughts of ego as we have always been taught by those above us and around us to believe that we are the individualized form of consciousness called ego..

This is where Divine Consciousness (God) enters into the mind to seek the Reality of Truth called Love..

This is the Duality of this dream that we call life..

Divine Consciousness (God) shows us the Door to Freedom from delusion but only We can knock on this Door and only the non-egoic consciousness can enter..

This non-egoic consciousness is called " Love"...

As Yeshua said ; " Knock, and the Door shall be opened"..

namaste, thomas

The ego cannot be found...

Uncertainties, doubts and fears are natural to everyone until the Self is
realised. They are inseparable from the ego, rather they are the ego.

D.: How are they to disappear?

M.: They are the ego. If the ego goes they go with it. The ego is itself
unreal. What is the ego? Enquire. The body is insentient and cannot
say ‘I’ . The Self is pure consciousness and non-dual. It cannot say ‘I’
. No one says, ‘I’ in sleep. What is the ego then?

It is something
intermediate between the inert body and the Self. It has no locus
standing. If sought for it vanishes like a ghost. You see, a man imagines
that there is something by his side in darkness; it may be some dark
object.

If he looks closely the ghost is not to be seen, but some dark
object which he could identify as a tree or a post, etc. If he does not
look closely the ghost strikes terror in the person. All that is required
is only to look closely and the ghost vanishes. The ghost was never
there.

So also with the ego. It is an intangible link between the body
and Pure Consciousness. It is not real. So long as one does not look
closely it continues to give trouble. But when one looks for it, it is
found not to exist.

from Talks with Ramana

The Parent of the "I" consciousness...

That which really is, as opposed to that which appears to be, behind all the countless objects of this varied universe, is one alone, beginningless, endless, the source of all, the parent of the "I"-consciousness.

This truth provides the final hope for man.

Somewhere along his way he will discover it, act upon it, and be redeemed.

This will be his last conversion, his final salvation, his best quest.

Then only will the horrors he has contributed to the race's history begin to fade out.

All else is utopian chimera based upon wishful thoughts and fanciful imaginations..

Enlightenment and Ascencion

Enlightenment and Ascencion...

The difference that I have found within these two words is that Enlightenment is the surrender of the false conception of self called ego and Ascencion is walking up the ladder to Yourself..

Why is there such a struggle for you to look within the mirror?..

Why is such a long journey back to Home, required?..

In Enlightenment, I found my Self as Light, Love, and Consciousness, with the ability to create any dream of manifestation that I desired..

I also felt the desire to go beyond this state of Godhood to a higher state that I did not know of..

I had the intense desire to end all desires..

To end all dreams..

To end the Personality of Creator..

But, this was only my experience,

your's might be different...

'I am angry, sad, afraid.' Who knows this?

You are the knowing, not the condition that is known."

The meaning of Love...

Concerning the meaning of the word Love..
I have found that Love becomes more powerful as the egoic consciousness becomes less powerful..

When the egoic consciousness has finally disappeared, as in the event of Enlightenment,
You find Your Self as the Energy of Love and Divine Consciousness.

When you find a 'selfless' person, you have found a 'Loving' person..

The Final Reality is when you surrender even this personality of Love and become Love Itself, without an Identity..

This is Pure Awareness and contains no personality to separate Itself from Itself...

Light...

You Mystics that have Awakened into Light, Love, and Consciousness will understand the following words..

Enlightenment means to be filled with Light..

The frequencies of Light create the manifestations that we call reality but are actually the aspects of dream..

Scientists have just discovered the ability to manifest matter using the frequencies of Light..

Although, Mystics have known about the ability to manifest matter from the power of thought, using the Light Energy, most humans just called this miracles..

As Yeshua said; " If you believe, and say mountain be moved, it shall be"..

Scientists will eventually understand that all is a dream of Consciousness and Light is the manifestor.

We are the Light that they seek in their studies but, they believe in only what is visible and therefore will most likely remain in the shadows of ignorance..

It will be a shock when they discover that they are the manifestors..

The human mind cannot comprehend what is beyond the mind..

Surrender the mind and ego and discover the Light...

namaste, thomas

Love...

This is why We have entered the animal body called human..

We are Consciousness that seeks Consciousness..

Why are We lost ?..

The mind of the human seeks only the imaginary self called ego..

The thoughts of the mind reaffirm the egoic consciousness..

We are above the mind but believe that We are the mind..

This is the confusion of existence within a dream..

We are the 'Watcher' and yet We believe that We are the 'Watched'..

Are you following my train of thought ?..

We constantly seek the feeling of Love..

Are you not yet aware of what Love is ?..

This is why I write..

It is to introduce you to Yourself, which is the Energy called Love..

Love is the Reality of non-self..

The self is introduced to you by the mind..

You are above the mind..

Are you beginning to understand these words?..

I will speak to you later...

Hazrat Inayat Khan...

"My grandfather [Hazrat Inayat Khan] presented the Sufi message as an essential awareness that could be discovered in the essence of all of the major world religions. It is the common thread of mystical realization that units all prophetic dispensations.

"This has been acknowledged in the history of Sufism. The prince Dara Shaku, who was the heir apparent of his father Shah Jihan, the great mogul king, wrote a book called MAJ HAMU AL BAHRAIN, which means "the merging of the two oceans" -- one ocean being Islam, the other being Hinduism. He made a cross-study and comparison and concluded that, in essence, the common realization was the unity of being. They had different terminologies, different systems of practice, but there was an essential unity.

"I believe that essential unity can be discovered in all religious traditions. It is the common thread of the depth of human experience on this planet, which is universal, absolutely universal. It transcends all of the differences of acculturation, of ideology. There is something essential about the human condition in its fullness, and at the essence of the human condition is a relationship with the divine."

`I AM' itself is God. The seeking itself is God.

In seeking you discover that you are neither

for the self in all.

The two are one.

The
consciousness in you and the consciousness
in me, apparently two, really one, seek unity,
and that is love.

Identifying with thoughts...

Saint Teresa of Avila said, "You can't keep a bird from landing on your head, but you can keep it from building a nest there."

Funny quote! We can all laugh at this and tremendously lighten up, and see how this can describe our relationship to thoughts.

We cannot keep "mental formations" from beginning to form, but we do not need to allow the words to gather, take up permanent residence there, and take over our head!

It is possible to change our relationship to thoughts and when the words start to gather in a huge flock that seems to want to take up permanent residence in our poor little heads, we do not need to identify so heavily with them (allow them to build a huge and solid nest!)

When we allow them simply to come and go (which they just naturally do when we do not cling to them) and feel no necessity in identifying with them, we will discover that we are that which remains after all the words fall silent....

..we are the silent, still presence in the heart, alert awareness without words here and now in this eternity of the present moment. Even in the midst of many words, this presence at the core of our beingness is always silent and still.

Grace...

The great mystics of all religions agree that in the very depths of the unconscious, in every one of us, there is a living presence that is not touched by time, place or circumstance. Life has only one purpose, they add, and that is to discover this presence. The men and women who have done this – Francis of Assisi, for example, Mahatma Gandhi, Teresa of Avila, the Compassionate Buddha – are living proof of the words of Jesus Christ, ‘The kingdom of heaven is within.’

“But they are quick to tell us — everyone of them – that no one can enter that kingdom, and discover the Ruler who lives there, who has not brought the movement of the mind under control. And they do not pretend that our own efforts to tame the mind will suffice in themselves. Grace, they remind us, is all-important. ‘Increase in my grace,’ Thomas a Kempis prays, ‘that I may be able to fulfill thy words, and to work out mine own salvation.’

“The hallmark of the man or woman of God is gratitude – endless, passionate gratitude for the previous gift of spiritual awareness…. it surrounds us always. Like a wind that is always blowing, said Francis de Sales; like fire, said Catherine of Genoa, that never stops burning..”

" Being" is stationary...

Sri Bhagavan said to Lady Bateman: There is a fixed state; sleep,
dream and waking states are mere movements in it. They are like
pictures moving on the screen in a cinema show.

Everyone sees the screen as well as the pictures but ignores the
screen and takes in the pictures alone. The Jnani however considers
only the screen and not the pictures. The pictures certainly move
on the screen yet do not affect it. The screen itself does not move
but remains stationary.

Similarly, a person travels in a train and thinks that he moves.
Really speaking he sits and reposes in his seat, and it is the train
which is steaming fast. He however superimposes the motion of
the train on himself because he has identified himself with the
body.

He says, “I have passed one station - now another - yet
another - and so on”. A little consideration will show that he sits
unmoved and the stations run past him. But that does not prevent
him from saying that he has travelled all the way as if he exerted
himself to move every foot of the way.

The jnani is fully aware that the true state of Being remains fixed
and stationary and that all actions go on around him. His nature
does not change and his state is not affected in the least. He looks
on everything with unconcern and remains blissful himself.

Talks with Ramana #607

All is Mind...

The world is neither an illusion nor a dream but is analogically like both.

It is true that the mystics or yogis do experience it as such. This is a step forward toward liberation but must not be mistaken for liberation itself.

When they pass upward to the higher or philosophic stage they will discover that all is Mind, whether the latter be creatively active or latently passive;

that the world is, in its essential stuff, this Mind although its particular forms are transient and mortal; and that therefore there is no real difference between earthly experience and divine experience.

Those who are wedded to forms, that is, appearances, set up such a difference and posit spirit and matter, nirvana and samsara, Brahman and Maya, and so forth, as antithetic opposites, but those who have developed insight perceive the essential stuff of everything even while they perceive its forms;

hence they see all as One.

It is as if a dreamer were to know that he was dreaming and thus understand that all the dream scenes and figures were nothing but one and the same stuff--his mind--while not losing his dream experience...

Follow your ideal...

The perfect life is following one's own ideal, not in checking those of others; leave everyone to follow his own ideal.

Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

Religion in the East is not made into a thing apart from one's life, as in the West where business, profession, and other things on the one side of life, and going to church one day in the week on the other side, together constitute religion, with a prayer before going to rest. But, strictly speaking, life is religion. When one has that ideal before one with whatever occupation one is concerned, business, industry, domestic life, or whatever it is, one carries it out, trying to be worthy of it, that is religion.

In the Hindu language, the same word, Dharma, means both duty and religion. Both are expressed by one word. 'This is your Dharma' means: 'This is your faith.' How beautiful the thought is! Whatever kind of duty it is, so long as you have an ideal before you and are performing that duty, you are walking in the path of religion.

We, with our narrowness of faith or belief, accuse others of belonging to another religion, another chapel or church. We say, 'This temple is better, that faith is better.' The whole world has kept on fighting and devastating itself just because it can not understand that each form of religion is peculiar to itself. Therefore, the ideal life is in following one's own ideal. It is not in checking other people's ideals. If a certain thing is one's ideal, that does not mean that another person will agree that it is best to offer prayers ten times a day. He may be doing better by following his religion in his shop than by going to a mosque and offering up a prayer twenty times a day. Perhaps somebody with that ideal cannot see that the other person's way is an ideal also. Leave everyone to follow his own ideal. ...

We see now that it is all a matter of his ideal whether a man differs from his neighbor, whether he is heavenly or earthly, as high as the Devas, the heavenly beings, or as low as the demons. His ideal makes him as high as the one, or as low as the demons. The greatness of man lies in the greatness of his idea

Rigpa...

Rigpa:

"It is not a seeing in which there is a ‘me’ that sees. Neither is it a seeing in which there is nothing at all, no identity whatsoever. It’s not a seeing of a total absence, of nothingness. Rather, it’s a seeing that there is no thing, no concrete thing. That is called seeing the mind essence.

In the Dzogchen context, this seeing of mind essence is called rigpa.

Rigpa means some sense of knowing, an awake quality.

In Tibetan we talk about rigpa and ma-rigpa, knowing and unknowing. This unknowing is usually called ignorance.

Rigpa is the simultaneous knowing of three qualities: the quality of being empty, the quality of being cognizant, and the quality of being unconfined."

“Gnosticism is undeniably pre-Christian, with both Jewish and gentile roots.

The wisdom of Solomon already contained Gnostic elements and prototypes for the Jesus of the Gospels...

God stops being the Lord of righteous deed and becomes the Good One...

A clear pre-Christian Gnosticism can be distilled from the epistles of Paul.

Paul is recklessly misunderstood by those who try to read anything Historical Jesus-ish into it.

The conversion of Paul in the Acts of the Apostles is a mere forgery from various Tanakh passages...

[The epistles] are from Christian mystics of the middle of the second century.

Paul is thus the strongest witness against the Historical Jesus hypothesis...

John's Gnostic origin is more evident than that of the synoptics.

The mysterious character of the Overself inevitably puzzles the intellect.

We may appreciate it better if we accept the paradoxical fact that it unites a duality and that therefore there are two ways of thinking of it, both correct.

But I say, love your enemies!

Pray for those who persecute you!

In that way, you will be acting as true children of your Father in heaven.

For he gives his sunlight to both the evil and the good, and he sends rain on the just and the unjust alike.

If you love only those who love you, what reward is there for that?

Even corrupt tax collectors do that much.

If you are kind only to your friends, how are you different from anyone else?..

No control...

Are you crying because you have no control?

What if, instead, you simply decided to laugh at
the idea of having no control?

Wouldn’t you, then, be experiencing the dramas

But, then again, maybe you don’t even have any
control over making that decision either!

In other words, you may not have any control over
deciding that you have no control.

The View...

Once you have the view, although the delusory perceptions of samsara may arise in your mind, you will be like the sky;

when a rainbow appears in front of it, it’s not particularly flattered, and when the clouds appear, it’s not particularly disappointed either.

There is a deep sense of contentment.

You chuckle from inside as you see the facade of samsara and nirvana;

the View will keep you constantly amused,

with a little inner smile bubbling away all the time..

The soul that speaks no words...

A stray cat walked into my house to claim it as it's own..

A gray female cat walked silently into my life..

Who am I to deny it's authority to confiscate my home ?..

This entity that speaks no words, speaks only with the physical actions of Love..

This non-human soul follows me everywhere I walk and tries to understand why I walk..

It's eyes look everywhere with an inquiry that reminds me that I too, should look at life with the eyes of a child..

You, that love all life will understand my words...

Put our minds together...

We keep searching as an individual entity..

Let us put our minds together..

The mind is the concept of individuality called egoic consciousness..

But, still, we seek as an individual using the wisdom of others..

Why do we fear to use the wisdom within ourselves ?..

We see this wisdom within our consciousness as a God figure and beyond our comprehension..

The Reality of Divine Consciousness called God , is beyond the mind but we must first use the mind in this investigation..

This is where the problems begin..

We try to use an illusion to understand a non-illusion..

The answer is that we must first end the illusion to understand the non-illusion..

We must go beyond the mind..

Surrender is the secret word of the Mystics..

Contemplate upon the word called Surrender..

It is the Answer...

pain and pleasure...

Your true home is in nothingness, in emptiness of all content.

You face it most cheerfully when you go to sleep!

Find out for yourself the state of wakeful sleep and you will find it quite in harmony with your real nature.

Words can only give you the idea, and the idea is not the experience.

All I can say is that true happiness has no cause, and what has no cause is immovable.

Which does not mean it is perceivable, as pleasure.

What is perceivable is pain and pleasure;

the state of freedom from sorrow can be described only negatively.

All Love is for God...

Love for God is the expansion of the heart, and all actions that come from the lover of God are virtues; they cannot be otherwise.

Bowl of Saki, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

The Sufi establishes his relationship with God as the relationship between him and the Beloved. His worship of God is the expansion of the heart. His love for all beings and for every being is his love for God. He cannot find anyone to love except God, because he sees God in all. If his love is shown in devotion to parents, to wife, to children if it is shown to neighbors, to a friend or in tolerating enemies, the Sufi considers this as an action of his love towards God. In this way he fulfills in his life the teaching of the Bible, ' We live and move and have our being in God.'

Jesus Christ not only told us to love our friends, but also, he went as far as to say we should love our enemies; and the Sufi treads the same path. He considers his charity of heart towards his fellow man to be love for God; and in showing love to everyone, he feels he is giving his love to God.

Love for God is the expansion of the heart, and all actions that come from the lover of God are virtues; they cannot be otherwise. There is a different outlook on life when the love of God has filled a man's heart. The lover of God will not hate anyone; for he knows that by doing so he will hate the Creator by hating His creation. He cannot be insincere, he cannot be unfaithful; for he will think that to be faithful and sincere to mankind is to be faithful and sincere to God. You can always trust the lover of God, however impractical or however lacking in cleverness he may appear to be, for simply to hold strongly in mind the thought of God purifies the soul of all bitterness, and gives man a virtue that he could obtain nowhere else and by no other means.

Something beyond Consciousness...

The enlightened (gnani) is neither [conscious or unconscious]. But in his enlightenment (gnana) all is contained. Awareness contains every experience. But he who is aware is beyond every experience. He is beyond awareness itself..

There can be no experience beyond consciousness.

Yet there is the experience of just being. There is a state beyond consciousness, which is not unsconscious. Some call it super-consciousness, or pure consciousness, or supreme consciousness.

It is pure awareness free from the subject-object nexus. Consciousness is intermittent, full of gaps. Yet there is the continuity of identity. What is this sense of identity due to, if not to something beyond consciousness? ..

Openness...

“An important part of satsang, when we gather together to explore Truth, is being open-hearted. Some human beings find it easier to be open-minded, and some find it easier to be open-hearted, but to really be here now is to be both.

When you are open, you do not filter your experience, nor do you barricade yourself. You do not try to defend yourself, but you open to the mystery by questioning what you believe.

When you give yourself this amazing gift of not trying to find yourself within some particular concept or feeling, then the openness expands until your identity becomes more and more the openness itself, rather than some point of reference in the mind called a belief or a particular feeling in the body.

The point is not to get rid of thoughts or feelings, but just not to feel located inside of them.”

Simply to Be...

The time will come when you will have to turn your back upon the Long Path in order to give full attention, the full energy and the full time, to the Short Path.

For with this comes a new era when the whole concern is not with the ego, not with its improvement or betterment, but with the divine itself alone--not with the surface consciousness and all its little changes but with the very depths, the diviner depths where reality abides.

At this point seek only the Higher Self, live only with positive thought, stay only for as long as you can with the holy silence within, feel only that inner stillness which belongs to the essence of consciousness.

Henceforth you are not to become this or that, not to gather the various virtues, but simply to be.

For this you do not have to strive, you do not have to think, you do not have to work with any form of yoga, with any method of meditation.

Whilst I have found that clearing beliefs is very useful and practical, it is an endless task as they are peripherals to the non experienced shock of separation.

The shock of separation is felt as energetic contractions in the body.

The contracted parts of the body and that contracted feeling is the belief that we are separate.

The true ending of all beliefs is to go to the root of all beliefs. The I thought . This is what Ramana Maharshi and countless Sages through history discovered too.

The ' Oneness ' of Reality...

The Arcturian Group Message by Marilyn Raffaele: May 11, 2014.

Greetings Dear Ones,

We come once again to guide you in whatever ways we can, but you must always remember that enlightenment is your mission, your journey, and your choice. There are still some who choose to do nothing while awaiting a savior in the form of a man, book, tool, event, or Galactic. This reflects an old belief system – separation from Source and the need for something outside of oneself to be “saved”.

Your savior is within you, Dear Ones – always has been and always will be – it is what you already are. Your Savior has been resting quietly within, awaiting recognition lifetime after lifetime through the good and not so good experiences of life lived in duality and separation.

There comes a point in everyone’s spiritual journey when they are finally evolved enough to recognize and embrace the truth about themselves. Issues of life that seemed important then begin to fade into the nothingness that they are and the individual no longer feels the need to look outside of Himself. He begins to seek within to his own Divine essence for guidance and discovers that he is that which he has been seeking – the long hidden secret, Dear Ones.

Arcturian Group wishes to speak of Love as the essence of spiritual growth. Love is the realization of and the activities that flow from an attained awareness of ONE in which everything and everyone exists. In the third dimensional belief system of duality and separation, Love (Oneness) is always interpreted in a personal way depending upon the individual state of consciousness – the energetic connections of Oneness between people thus are sometimes good and sometimes bad. Love is the Universal Oneness of all within an Omnipresent Divine Consciousness ever expressing Itself in infinite form and variety.

As the realization of Oneness awakens within an individual, it begins to appear in the outer as peace, joy, understanding, and co-operation, those qualities that make life enjoyable – the activities of many within the ONE. As you observe a world of strife and war, know that what you are seeing is the manifestation of impersonal universal duality/separation consciousness which has no Divine law to hold any of it in place.

Illusion is how the world has been seen and interpreted. The Earth (Gaia) is not an illusion as many have thought, but is a living Soul. Anything you can see, hear, taste, touch, or smell is a material interpretation of its spiritual reality. You may say; “Is war a spiritual reality?” War is the outer manifestation of the consciousness of separation which will change as more and more awaken into the realization of Oneness.

The spiritual Light of an awakening world is bringing to the surface and illuminating much that heretofore has been kept in the shadows. It may seem as though personally and globally things are worse, but everything that is old and finished is being exposed by your Light, Dear Ones, in order that it may be cleared and released.

You are changing world consciousness simply by living, moving, and having your being in the truth of who you really are. As individual and global Consciousness of Oneness (Love) grows, it automatically transforms the appearances of discord into co-operation and peace, whether it be in family relationships or in the world.

It is important to understand that your Oneness with Divine Consciousness constitutes your Oneness with completeness – your good. This may manifest outwardly as closure to those things you no longer resonate with – people, lifestyles, or activities. Anything that no longer resonates with your energy may cease to be a part of your life because it does not represent completeness for you. This is why we urge you not to try and hold on to anything that is finished, no matter how well it may have served you in the past. All are moving into new places of energy and enlightenment which in turn will manifest outwardly in new forms. Be prepared for change, for evolution will always manifest as change.

As you see and interact with all other life forms, you interact with yourself for there is only One, One, One, and therefore that which you do to another, say to another, give to another, you do for yourself, see? This is the origin of Karma and is how it works until an individual is able to move into a more evolved state of consciousness where he no longer needs the difficult and painful lessons of karma but instead is able to be taught from within.

This message of Oneness has been given by Masters throughout time, but has always been lost through the misinterpretation of unenlightened followers who would teach others their limited and less evolved concepts of the original message. This has been reflected in the many “holy wars” throughout history and even now.

Whenever pure teachings are organized, the deeper truths are always lost through the actions of those who join and begin to present their own concepts of the original teachings. The belief that one needs someone, some organization , or some tool in order to spiritually grow is false and obsolete and will keep you locked into separation. Your church is within you, Dear Ones.

Oneness (Love) is the law, the reality, and the truth, but this realization may cause confusion for those comfortable within their established belief system. Truth can be accepted and lived or not, but truth itself changes not. There are many spiritually ready living in resistance – having to move forward the hard way by getting “wake up calls”. Others are suddenly “getting it”, having prepared themselves in other lifetimes. There are also those who fully awakened in other lifetimes and are now choosing to be on Earth in order to assist an awakening world.

It is a time of great change for all. Everyone, whether aware of it or not, is feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally the intense energy pouring onto Earth and bringing with it the release of all that is finished, personally and globally. The new and higher energies of Light are causing many to rethink their beliefs, and some with no understanding of what is taking place are tempted to panic.

You can help those tempted to fear and panic to open to the bigger picture – NOT that you become “missionaries” but that you simply throw out seeds of truth to those receptive. Never force the deeper truths on to another, thinking you are helping them for they may not yet be ready and your actions can easily become exercises of personal ego – the mistake many have made in the past and still make.

As you observe the efforts of those who would keep the world in lack, chaos and war, know that there is no law to support or sustain these appearances and that all are in and of the One even though unaware of it. How often do you pray for your enemies, Dear Ones, or do you pray only for “victims”?

There is only ONE and this realization is Love and the secret of life you have sought for so long, lifetime after lifetime, symbolized as the search for the Holy Grail. You are now ready to grasp and live this Divine secret, and in so doing will see the change you desire.

Be the Light, be the Way, be the Truth – a reality that not only refers to one man 2000 years ago.

This is how the world will awaken.

We are the Arcturian Group

The Om...

"All things are created by the Om;
The love-form is His body.

He is without form, without quality, without decay:
Seek thou union with Him!

But that formless God takes a thousand forms in the eyes of His creatures:

He is pure and indestructible,
His form is infinite and fathomless,
He dances in rapture, and waves of form arise from His dance.

The body and the mind cannot contain themselves, when they are touched by His great joy.

He is immersed in all consciousness, all joys, and all sorrows;

He has no beginning and no end;
He holds all within His bliss."

No body - no world...

The idea of responsibility is in your mind. You think there must be something or somebody solely responsible for all that happens. There is a contradiction between a multiple universe and a single cause. Either one or the other must be false. Or both. As I see it, it is all day-dreaming. There is no reality in ideas. The fact is that without you, neither the universe nor its cause could have come into being.

Before the world was, consciousness was. In consciousness it comes into being, in consciousness it lasts and into pure consciousness it dissolves. At the root of everything is the feeling "I am". The state of mind "there is a world" is secondary, for to be, I do not need the world, the world needs me.

The world comes into being only when you are born in a body. No body - no world.

This unique attainment...

Different terms can be used to label this unique attainment. It is insight, awakening, enlightenment. It is Being, Truth, Consciousness. It is Discrimination between the Seer and the Seen. It is awareness of That Which Is. It is the Practice of the Presence of God. It is the Discovery of Timelessness.

All these words tell us something but they all fall short and do not tell us enough. In fact they are only hints for farther they cannot go:

it is not on their level at all since it is the Touch of the Untouchable. But never mind; just play with such ideas if you care too. Ruminate and move among them. Put your heart as well as head into the game.

Who knows one day what may happen? Perhaps if you become still enough you too may know--as the Bible suggests..

mind created...

all this phenomenal world is mere appearance,

Ramana Maharshi

The True Self...

The true Self is not only beyond human distinctions, it is beyond all divisions of time and space, name and form, birth and death.

It is beyond all experience because it is the experiencer or observer of all.

Self-inquiry leads us ultimately to the Absolute in which the phenomenal world becomes little more than a mirage of the mind and senses.

It goes far beyond the discovery of some greater self, or any human or creative potential, to what is beyond all limitations.

In the process we expand our sense of self to include the entire universe and all of its multifarious creatures.

Wu Hsin

The ultramystic exercises...

Although the aspirant has now awakened to his witness-self, found his "soul," and thus lifted himself far above the mass of mankind, he has not yet accomplished the full task set him by life.

A further effort still awaits his hand. He has yet to realize that the witness-self is only a part of the All-self.

So his next task is to discover that he is not merely the witness of the rest of existence but essentially of one stuff with it.

He has, in short, by further meditations to realize his oneness with the entire universe in its real being. He must now meditate on his witness-self as being in its essence the infinite All.

Thus the ultramystic exercises are graded into two stages, the second being more advanced than the first.

The banishment of thoughts reveals the inner self whereas the reinstatement of thoughts without losing the newly gained consciousness reveals the All-inclusive universal self. The second feat is the harder..

Paul Brunton

The Consciousness Sees...

He who depends upon his eyes for sight, his ears for hearing and his mouth for speech, he is still dead.

Bowl of Saki, May 8, by Hazrat Inayat Khan
Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

It is the soul that sees, but we attribute sight and hearing to the eyes and ears. In absence of the soul neither the body nor the mind can see. When a person is dead the eyes are there, but they cannot see; the ears are there, but they cannot hear.... When the eyes are closed, do you think that the soul sees nothing? It sees. When the ears are closed, do you think that the soul hears nothing? It hears.

If we depend on our eyes for sight, and our ears for hearing, and our mouth for speech, we are still dead. But we sometimes experience in life that which we see without eyes, hear without ears, and express without speech. If we have once seen without eyes, does it not show that we can see without eyes? Can we not see in a dream without eyes? Therefore, the faculty of seeing and hearing is in us. But, as we always depend on the physical body, on the physical eyes and ears, we become helpless and subject to death.

The teaching of immortality is to awaken. We must rise above the physical and material conditions if we are to live at all. We must aim at being independent of physical sight and hearing. We know that if we really want to understand a thing, we close our eyes because we can see it better. If we are thinking in this manner, it means that we are listening to some thought coming from some other plane. At such a time we want to cut off and stop outward sound or sight. All the meditations and concentrations of the mystics, as well as their dreams, are their journeys to the inner planes. It is necessary, if the soul has the desire to know the past, the present, and the future, to satisfy its desire by a contemplative life. The more tired and exhausted the mind, the more is meditation needed.

Sages, such as St. Francis, have spoken with rocks, birds, and animals, not as we talk, but by means of an insight into things. And every object expressed itself to them, speaking to them about its past, its present, and its future. ... The seer will see all in his consciousness, and wherever he casts his glance, he will see still more clearly. As Sadi says, 'Each leaf of a tree becomes a book of revelation to the one who sees. And he reads the whole of nature as a book.

This is the message of Mysticism..

But, this death of all existence that you must desire with all of your Heart is necessary and only one of millions of souls will succeed..

The ego will fight you all of the way through this death experience by putting the pain and fear of death within your mind..

The mind is the ego..

You are not the mind..

You are Light, Love, and Consciousness..

Quietness...

As regards the quietude of the sage, he is not
quiet because quietness is said to be good.

He
is quiet because the multitude of things cannot
disturb his quietude.

When water is still, one’s
beard and eyebrows are reflected in it. A skilled
carpenter uses it in a level to obtain measurement.

If still water is so clear, how much more are the
mental faculties!

The mind of a sage is the mirror
of heaven and earth in which all things are reflected.

The ego as madman...

There is
A madman inside of you
Who is always running for office.

Why vote him in,
For he never keeps the accounts straight.

He gets all kinds of crooked deals
Happening all over town
That will just give you a big headache
And glue to your kisser
A gigantic
Confused Frown.

The Universal Mind...

Our own mind is a human analogue of the Universal Mind. Thus in its character and working, Nature provides an easy lesson in divine metaphysics. If we wish to obtain some slight hint as to the nature of the highest kind of mental existence, that is, of God, we must examine the nature of our own individual mind, limited and imperfect though it be.

Now philosophy is not afraid to admit pantheism but does not limit itself to pantheism. It also affirms transcendentalism but does not stop with it. It declares that the Unique Reality could never become transformed into the cosmos in the sense of losing its own uniqueness. But at the same time it declares that the cosmos is nevertheless one with and not apart from the Reality.

The easiest way to grasp this is to symbolize the cosmos as human thoughts and the Reality as human mind. Our thoughts are nothing other than a form of mind, yet our mind loses nothing of itself when thoughts arise.

The World-Mind is immanent in but not confined by the universe in the same way that a man's mind may be said to be immanent in but not confined by his thoughts. Furthermore, not only may we find it helpful in the effort to understand the relation which the cosmos bears to the World-Mind, to compare it with the relation which a thought bears to its thinker or his speech to a speaker, but when we consider how our own mind is able to generate thoughts of the most multivaried kind, we need not be surprised that the Universal Mind is able to generate the inexhaustibly varied host of thought-forms which constitute the cosmos.

Trust the Tao...

"With all this talking, what has been said? The subtle truth can he pointed at with words, but it can't be contained by them.

"Take time to listen to what is said without words, to obey the law too subtle to be written, to worship the unnameable and to embrace the unformed. Love your life. Trust the Tao. Make love with the invisible subtle origin of the universe, and you will give yourself everything you need.

"You won't have to hide away forever in spiritual retreats. You can be a gentle, contemplative hermit right here in the middle of everything, utterly unaffected, thoroughly sustained and rewarded by your integral practices.

"Encouraging others, giving freely to all, awakening and purifying the world with each movement and action, you'll ascend to the divine realm in broad daylight."

Presence...

There is a presence which is more profound than
any thought.

It announces itself here, in the heart.

It is ever-present, stable and pure.

When the
attention rests inside, automatically the mental
noise subsides and Presence alone prevails.

consciousness...

That which is most important to us, in us, and for us, is consciousness.

Yet it is the one thing about ourselves of which we know least and ignore most.

The human entity is not only the thoughts and images found in his consciousness;

he is also and much more that consciousness itself.

Ram Tzu is a madman...

Ram Tzu is a madman

He rants and raves
Spits, shouts
Waves his arms and
Talks gibberish.
All to get the attention
Of phantoms.

The authorities take
A dim view
Of such behavior-
Ask Jesus.

If Ram Tzu were clever
He would lay low.
No one likes
Their existence questioned-
It's disturbing.

If you don't like
Ram Tzu's ravings
Take heart

His disciples will eventually
Render him palatable.

Our quest to know Nothingness...

Everyday, I receive many requests to know more about Nothingness..

Nothingness seems to be a subject that frightens most souls into seeking more Knowledge..

We have spent our lives seeking eternal life and yet we seek the Knowledge of Nothingness..

We must first ask ourselves, " Why do we seek eternal life ?"..

We have been taught by society that life is the most important part of consciousness..

It it a lie..

You are in an experience of deception and lies..

Who is seeking a separation from Reality called life ?..

Of course, it is the ego..

The ego can only exist as a 'Thought Form' if it can convince you to remain separate from Reality..

Life only exists as a ' Thought' and a 'Dream'..

Only God Exists..

You are an Energy of this God Energy called Divine Consciousness..

You appear to be separate because You have chosen to do so..

Once again, You do not Exist,, Only God Does...

namaste, thomas

As I speak to you...

I also speak to the imaginary self that I call ego..

For thousands of years, I traveled within dreams..

Until, the day that I tired of dreams and sought Reality..

I gave all to receive all..

I surrendered all desires and attractions to seek Freedom..

I Died..

It was not physical death, It was much deeper..

It was the death of Dreams..

Do you understand what I am saying?..

If you are a Mystic, you do understand..

The spiritual teachers faces appear before you..

They appear separate and yet, they are the mirror image of You..

Does Light yet appear within your mind?..

My words will not be understood by most..

Only You, that have chosen to end the Dream will understand..

Many are called but few are chosen..

So many words to describe Nothingness..

We run when we should be sitting..

Empty the mind, It is the source of Dreams..

You are not the mind, You are the Watcher of the Dreams..

Soon, You will Realize that You are beyond even the Dreamer...

The Cross-Roads...

The present is not a fleeting moment: it is the only eternity. In Time "lies" samsara: in the Present "lies" nirvana. Time is the measurement of objectivity: the Present is the presence of subjectivity, in which everything potentially is, and from which, in Time, everything is apparently projected.

The assumed (so-called) present is our point of contact with bodhi-mind. It is the invisible portal through which intuition reaches us from the interior of ourselves, from that universal and limitless interior (spatially thought-of) which is all we ever were or ever will be, and which is out of time. It is the sole line of communication between our enveloping totality and our apparent existence as separate individual creatures, between our universality and our illusory particularity, between the noumenality and the phenomenality of all sentient beings.

The present alone in our experience is what IS, and phenomenally it is not; for it is only an imaginary division between past and future—like the equator between the northern and southern hemispheres. It is like a fictional line of latitude that is a symbol rather than an existence, and yet represents a vital transmission from one sphere to another, from north to south, from past to future, neither of which has any reality in itself but each of which is a concept that artificially divides a continuity in space or in time.

The present alone represents that which we are in an apparent world in which we are not, since therein we are appearances (phenomena) only. We ourselves neither exist nor do we not exist. Neither existing samsarically nor not-existing nirvanically, we are nothing—in any way in which we can know ourselves—but as the Present.

Be Present ?...

In enlightenment teachings, you may hear the phrase, "be present." But if you look around, 'you' are the present moment. 'You' are not separate from it. 'You' are life itself. The only thing obscuring this realization is mental and emotional activity that continuously tries to move away from this moment into a dream of past, future, and resistance to now. The notion that you are separate from life is a creation of thought.

The personal will who tries to 'be present' and bring about a personal awakening is the dream. Instead of doing anything, including trying to be present, gently notice what is already being done. A dream of self is already being told. Thought is replaying the past, searching into future, and resisting what is in this moment, all for the benefit of a "me."

That mind movement is a dream of control. It is a dream of personal will. Suffering and searching arise when you buy into the illusion of control and personal will.

When the personal will is seen to be a dream of thought, it dies on its own. That is true spiritual awakening. You realize there is nothing to seek. Paradise is already here, now. It has always been right here, right now under the dream that there was a "you" who was somehow separate from it and who needed to do something to find it.

The changeless state of Pure Awareness...

In the great mirror of consciousness, images arise and
disappear, and only memory is material--destructible,
perishable, transient.

On such flimsy foundations we
build a sense of personal existence--vague, intermittent,
dreamlike.

This vague persuasion: "I am so and so"
obscures the changeless state of pure awareness and
makes us believe that we are born to suffer and to die.

Itself...

All turns on the identity.

The intellectual object is itself an activity, not a mere potentiality, since then it would not be intellectual; it is not lifeless; nor are the life and intellection brought into it as into something naturally devoid of them, some stone or other dead matter;
no, the intellectual object is essentially existent, the primal reality.

As an active force, the first activity, it must be, also itself, the noblest intellection, intellection possessing real being since it is entirely true; and such an intellection, primal and primally existent, can be no other than the primal principle of Intellection:

for that primal principle is no potentiality and cannot be an agent distinct from its act and thus, once more, possessing its essential being as a mere potentiality. As an act—and one whose very being is an act—it must be undistinguishably identical with its act:

but Being and the Intellectual object are also identical with that act; therefore the Intellectual-Principle, its exercise of intellection, and the object of intellection all are identical.

Given its intellection identical with intellectual object and the object identical with the Principle itself, it cannot but have self-knowledge:

its intellection operates by the intellectual act, which is itself, upon the intellectual object, which similarly is itself.

It possesses self-knowing, thus, on every count; the act is itself; and the object, seen in that act-self, is itself.

The world is my creation...

When I say that I am my own mental existence then I imply I am also the whole universe.

Nature exists within me, for Nature is but my idea.

The world is my creation.

This is no empty vagary but the veritable truth,

the grandest which ever entered the half-taught mind of men.

Riddles...

Why do we speak in a language that is not understood by some?..

As Jesus said to this disciples when they questioned Him about speaking in parables..

"Why do you speak in parables, Rabbi?..

" I speak in parables, so that they that understand will understand and that they that do not understand will think it just a good story"..

The deeper understanding of this quote is that you must be of a certain Consciousness to understand the deeper Knowledge..

I am not saying this to undermine your intelligence..

I am just saying that you must be of certain degree of non-ego to understand the deeper Knowledge..

They appear as riddles to some and an Awakening to others..

This is meant to keep the deeper Knowledge to those that are ready to receive...

Keep trying to understand this deeper Knowledge and suddenly the Truth will appear..

Do not let the ego lead you into despair...

If, I told you everything...

If, I told you all that I know, your mind would believe or disbelieve these words..

The point is that, you must find the Truth, it cannot be given..

You only believe that which is found by yourself..

Why do you demand that it be given to you?..

We mystics, only point towards Truth..

You must follow your path..

We cannot form the vision of Reality..

I can only tell you what I have found..

You may find a higher or lower Reality..

We are the same Consciousness..

The ego sends us in different directions..

It is time to look at the ego until it squirms...

Free of desire...

If you want a kingdom and get it,
you'll have no peace.

If you give it away,

Then knowing comes
to live in you.

Beyond human perception...

If man is made in the image of God,

then this God is something other than the Ultimate Principle,

Beyond the mind...

Give up notions, thoughts and intentions.

When they cease, the mind naturally turns

to what is truly beyond the mind –

the infinite consciousness.

Ideation multiplies by itself.

This leads to sorrow, not to happiness.

Do not entertain ideas.

There is no cause for fear

in the destruction of all ideation.

When there is no thought,

notion or ideation ceases.

When thus all notions cease,

there is great peace

and sorrow is destroyed to its very root.

Happiness...

There is no way to happiness,

happiness is the way.

Three stages of world enquiry...

There are three stages on the path of world enquiry.

The first yields as its fruit that the world is but an idea, and this stage has been reached from the metaphysical end by thinkers such as Bishop Berkeley, and nearly reached from the scientific end by such a man as Eddington.

The second stage involves the study of the three states, waking, dreaming, and deep sleep, and yields as its fruit the truth that ideas are transitory emanations out of their permanent cause, consciousness.

The third stage is the most difficult, for it requires analysis of the nature of time, space, and causation, plus successful practice of yoga. It yields as its fruit the sense of Reality as something eternally abiding with one.

Tao Te Ching...

"I have three treasures, which I hold and keep safe: The first is called love; The second is called moderation; The third is called not venturing to go ahead of the world.

Being loving, one can be brave; Being moderate, one can be ample; Not venturing to go ahead of the world, one can be the chief of all officials.

Instead of love, one has only bravery; Instead of moderation, one has only amplitude; Instead of keeping behind, one goes ahead: These lead to nothing but death.

For he who fights with love will win the battle; He who defends with love will be secure. Heaven will save him, and protect him with love."

Good will must prevail...

We may honestly nourish the conviction that,

amid all the constant alternations of ethical stagnation and awakening during mankind's long and painful journey from ignorance to truth,

good will must prevail in the end—not merely because we want to console ourselves,

but because the fundamental principle of life is unity.
