As you watch the negative and egoic thoughts,
Just watch them and do nothing..
You will see them disappear..
They disappear because they are not Real..
Anything of the ego is not Real and will disappear upon inspection..
You will then find Yourself as Yourself..
Without ego and existing as Real Consciousness..
