Doubts...

All doubts will cease only when the doubter
and his source has been found. There is no
use removing doubts one by one. If we clear
one doubt, another doubt will arise and there
will be no end of doubts. But if, by seeking the
source of the doubter, the doubter is found to
be really non-existent, then all doubts will cease.

Ego and Freewill...

ego is the most difficult desire to abandon..

contemplate upon ego and Realise that ego is the opposite of Love..

the Identity of Divine Consciousness is also a small part of ego called
'Identity'..

although, you must surrender the ego to enter Divine Consciousness, Identity of
Your Self as Divine Consciousness is still 'Duality' from That which Created
Divine Consciousness..

The 'Highest Love' is to surrender, even this Paradise of Unconditional Love to
be absorbed into the 'Source Creator' of 'Divine Consciousness'..

This is Complete and Pure Love..

And few attain this act of 'Selflessness'..

But, All will eventually..

Freewill Decides...

Logos...

Logos

A principle originating in classical Greek thought which refers to a universal divine reason, immanent in nature, yet transcending all oppositions and imperfections in the cosmos and humanity. An eternal and unchanging truth present from the time of creation, available to every individual who seeks it. A unifying and liberating revelatory force which reconciles the human with the divine; manifested in the world as an act of God's love in the form of the Christ.

Logos - Longer definition: The Greek word logos (traditionally meaning word, thought, principle, or speech) has been used among both philosophers and theologians. In most of its usages, logos is marked by two main distinctions - the first dealing with human reason (the rationality in the human mind which seeks to attain universal understanding and harmony), the second with universal intelligence (the universal ruling force governing and revealing through the cosmos to humankind, i.e., the Divine).

The Greek philosopher Heraclitus appears to be the first to have used the word logos to refer to a rational divine intelligence, which today is sometimes referred to in scientific discourse as the "mind of God." The early Greek philosophical tradition known as Stoicism, which held that every human participates in a universal and divinely ordained community, then used the Logos doctrine as a principle for human law and morality. The Stoics believed that to achieve freedom, happiness, and meaning one should attune one's life to the wisdom of God's will, manifest in the second distinction (above) of Logos. The Christian church then extended the Stoic idea of the universal community by claiming the universal nature of salvation and the potential for all humans to participate in it.

In the New Testament, the phrase "Word (Logos) of God," found in John 1:1 and elsewhere, shows God's desire and ability to "speak" to the human. The Christian expression of this communication is evidenced in the Christ, who is the "Word become flesh." In these three biblical words, Christianity points to the possibility of union between the human and the divine, or the personal and the absolute. God's logos, which the Christ represents, acts as a bridge between the human's inner spiritual needs and the answer proclaimed by the Christian message.

Because it is highly philosophical, the logos doctrine has caused some of the more orthodox theologians of recent times to claim that it should not be used in theology, while other theologians claim it is absolutely necessary to a doctrine of God. According to the philosopher and theologian Paul Tillich, "He who sacrifices the Logos principle sacrifices the idea of a living God, and he who rejects the application of this principle to Jesus as the Christ rejects his character as Christ." In other words, without an understanding of God's love, will, and power as a living and active force in the world - through the logos in the Christ and through our participation in the logos with our reason - the Christian message becomes a lifeless and inconsequential set of doctrines which can be accepted or rejected without bearing on one's life.

Joe Cocker - A Little Help From My Friends - Woodstock 1969

Two Paths...

There are two paths laid out for the attainment, according to the teaching of Sri Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita.
The first path is union with the Higher Self--not, as some believe, with the Logos. But because the Higher Self is a ray from the Logos, it is as near as a human being can get to it anyway.
The second path has its ultimate goal in the Absolute, or as I have named it in my last book, the Great Void. But neither path contradicts the other, for the way to the second path lies through the first one. Therefore, there is no cleavage in the practices.
Both goals are equally desirable because both bring man into touch with Reality. It would be quite proper for anyone to stop with the first one if he wishes; but for those who appreciate the philosophic point of view, the second goal, because it includes the first, is more desirable.

'ego suicide'...

Most souls cannot bear the complete Truth..

They will constantly be seekers..

As it is easier to be a seeker than One that needs to seek no more..

The complete Truth is that 'you' must 'die to be born'..

How many have the courage to commit 'ego suicide'?...

Are You Ready For The Truth?

mere appearance...

I do not negate the world. I see it as appearing
in consciousness, which is the totality of the
known in the immensity of the unknown. What
begins and ends is mere appearance.

The world
can be said to appear, but not to "be." The
appearance may last very long on some scale of
time, and be very short on another, but ultimately
it comes to the same.

momentary and has no reality.

The Dream...

The recognition of physical life being a dream was also my experience upon my return to the Light and Love of Reality..

This is why the state of non-ego is called Reality..

You actually 'wake up' and Realise that the drama that You were participating within called life, was just another dream from Consciousness..

You actually never left Consciousness..
And now that You have found Yourself, Awake as Unity, You have Awakened as Reality...

Unlimited...

Now when we grasp the basic nature of human thinking, that it is possible only by forming two opposing ideas at the same time as the concept of black is formed by the contrast against white, we can then grasp the fundamental reason why such thinking can never rise to awareness of the Absolute unity. We cannot think of eternity without thinking of time too. For our conception of it either prolongs time until imagination falters and ceases or negates time altogether into timelessness. In neither case do we really comprehend eternity. Why? Because intellect cannot lay hold of what lies beyond itself. We humans know a thing by distinguishing it from other things, by limiting its nature and by relating it to its opposite. But the infinite has nothing else from which it can be distinguished or to which it can be related, whilst it certainly cannot be limited in any way.

Jesus Speaks...

Jesus: Do Not Be Fooled by These Fear-Mongering Tactics

As channeled by John Smallman – June 24, 2012

God’s love for humanity is beyond any concept that can be imagined while you are enclosed within the illusion and entranced by it, as so many of you are.

Yes, there is much that is wrong, unsettling and that causes suffering as you experience life in the illusion. But that does not prevent you from being entranced by it.

Even those of you who know that you are experiencing life in an illusory state still find it almost impossible not to identify with your body almost all the time, as it makes its constant demands on you – sleep, nourishment, healing, entertainment, distraction, movement, etc.

The illusion is very convincing, because it is a mass belief system about an illusory environment that all of humanity chose to engage with and maintain. When someone realizes this, and attempts to draw attention to the insanity of it, he is quickly ridiculed and told that it is he that is insane; a nutcase. He may even be institutionalized or arrested, if the “authorities” believe him to be a threat to himself or to society.

And of course, within your illusion, there are indeed some who are more disturbed than most and who do need to be restrained for their own good or for that of society. Frequently, however, the boundary between these two states is very difficult for you to sensibly discern, and this increases the suffering of those who are already feeling like social outcasts when others judge them and find them wanting.

Many of you do try very hard and spend much time mediating to relieve and reduce the disharmonies, the imbalances, the conflicts and the disagreements that occur in your families or in society at large, and this is most commendable – it is love in action – but the fact remains that the illusion is an illusory state from which you are to awaken.

Until that happens many issues will continue to arise that disturb and unsettle you, and it may well seem to you that to attempt to assist others often only aggravates a situation. Just remind yourselves that this is not the case – every loving thought, word, or action has very far reaching beneficial effects even though they are not apparent to you.

To behave lovingly, and to address and release unloving behaviors and attitudes, is the path to your awakening – and never before in human history has such a vast multitude of humanity trodden this path together. That is why there is so much joy in the spiritual realms, and why so much assistance and love is pouring down on the planet at this point in your evolution. Because of this, there is absolutely not the slightest possibility that humanity will be unsuccessful, and so your awakening is guaranteed.

Do not be unsettled by the bad news, the suffering, the unfairness and the conflicts on which so many, no doubt inspired by the constant outpourings from the mainstream media, appear to be focusing their undivided attention. Enormous changes are occurring in preparation for the moment of your awakening and, because that involves the dissolution of the illusion, it often appears that things are going steadily from bad to worse as you are constantly informed about the growing number of woes and disasters all over the world.

Part of the reason for this influx of bad news is that those who would run the world, and control you, see that they are losing their grip. They are frightened, and they want to frighten everyone else into believing that only they know how to solve the issues that are threatening worldwide stability. Then they believe that they can reestablish their self-awarded or inherited pre-eminence, and take the power that ordinary people willingly or unwillingly give them when those people accept that that is their role.

Do not be fooled by these fear-mongering tactics. Their sole purpose is to convince you of your inadequacy and their brilliance so that they can continue to try and run the world solely for their own benefit. Their days are numbered. They no longer have the influence, the competence, or the support to maintain their authority structures and the self-centered agendas that those structures support, and it is those that you can now see are on the verge of collapse.

God’s plan for your awakening, for your return to full consciousness, and for the dissolution of the illusion is moving forwards precisely as He intends, and nothing stands in its way. You are going to awaken into the glory of your true and divine state, and your joy and amazement will be wondrous. Remind yourselves of this frequently throughout the day, and relax in the knowledge of this divine truth.

Your loving brother, Jesus.

Who Are You.....Really?

The fear of death...

The fear of death is often our greatest fear..

Society grabs on this fear and becomes wealthy selling us medicines, insurances, gym equiptment, and even surgery to alieve this pain of fear..

If we believe that the afterlife is so much better than this physical life,
Why do we have such painful fear of death?..

It is not You that is undergoing this pain..

It is the ego.

It is the imaginary self that fears death..

The ego likes the material world because the ego survives on negative energy..

Without the negative energy, the ego would shrink and eventually die..

This is why positive energy, which is called Love, dissolves the ego..

Why does Love feel so good?.

Because, it is our Real Nature and existence.

We have been living a lie..

We have been taught and have believed that we are the lie..

This was done to feed the negative entities of ego that survive only on negative energies..

This is why there have always been wars and hatred..

We have been the generators of negative food for these entities..

These entities have had many names throughout history..

Spiritual Teachers have warned us of these entities and have often been killed for informing us..

The greatest weapon against these beings of ego and negativity is Unconditional Love..

This creates a 'White Light' surrounding your body, which forces these beings away from you..

They melt in the Light..

This White Light is God..

Surround your body with the White Light of Unconditional Love and discover why the 'Halo' was painted around the heads of Saints..

It is the 'Aura' of Reality....

Karma...

There is much written about the notion of Karma..

And much seems to be True,
as the function of 'cause and effect'..

we see this within this third dimension daily.
we have memories of past lives..

But, the Truth is that the 'Karma' belongs to the 'false self',
Not You!..

You are not the 'ego' that you hold on you in the fear of non-existence..

You are Divine Consciousness..
Beyond any sins and Karma..

sin is the belief that you are separate from Reality..
sin is the distance from Truth..
sin is the belief that You are egoic consciousness..

As long as you Believe that You are a separate ego,
You will remain trapped within Karma.
regardless of dimension..

This is called the 'Long Path'..
The 'Short Path' is surrender of the 'Lie'..

Awaken into the Reality of Love and Light..

Nothing else is Real..

Surrender into the 'Nothingness" of non-existence..
Awaken as Your True Self..
Unconditional Love, Unlimited Light, and Wisdom...

Rumi...

you mustn't be afraid of death
you're a deathless soul
you can't be kept in a dark grave
you're filled with God's glow

be happy with your beloved
you can't find any better
the world will shimmer
because of the diamond you hold

when your heart is immersed
in this blissful love
you can easily endure
any bitter face around

in the absence of malice
there is nothing but
happiness and good times
don't dwell in sorrow my friend

The Future...

Saul: Everything That is Essential for Your Daily Existence Will be Maintained

As channeled by John Smallman – June 20, 2012

http://wp.me/pwoMa-mp

At present, waiting is the name of the game. Yes, it is tiresome for you, but it is also unavoidable because the illusion is time-bound, just as you yourselves appear to be.

Within the context of the illusion, where you are experiencing an unreal and threatening reality due to the fear of scarcity, disease, suffering, and finally death, it takes time for events that you anticipate to occur – the apparently irreversible arrow of time!

Remember, you chose to manufacture the illusion to experience separation from God, from Reality, and as you have been frequently told, in the moment that you made that choice God instantly provided the escape from it — its resolution, your way Home.

In Reality, you are always at Home with your loving Father and all of His divine creation. The illusion was but a momentary aberration that you built to amuse yourself and into which you projected yourself in myriad forms, and with a time-line to follow; and that time-line is coming to an end.

When it does, you will awaken from the illusion to discover that but a moment has passed since you fell asleep, and that while you were sleeping nothing occurred to disturb the eternal peace of God’s divine realm.

Knowing this, as you most certainly do at the depths of your being, there is obviously no need for you to worry and get anxious as you await the moment of your grand awakening. All is flowing perfectly towards this divine event, and at the moment it happens you will all be absolutely overwhelmed with joy — a joy that is infinitely worth waiting for, although of course the wait will not be infinite!

Watching what is happening all over the world at present cannot fail to demonstrate to you that something of great importance and significance is going on. Humanity has had more than enough bruising encounters over the eons with various organizations that have set themselves up as the ultimate authority before which everyone should bow in obeisance, and it is not prepared to submit to it anymore.

Everyone has the God-given right to be themselves and live as they wish; the only restriction to that freedom is that no one is permitted to harm another. That restriction has been ignored, overridden, and disregarded far too many times, but because your understanding, your attitudes, and your behaviors alter as the divine field of Love envelops and embraces you, and you all accept It, no one will ever again even imagine harming another. Unending peace, joy, and harmony welling up from the depths of your true Self will guide you ecstatically and creatively forwards, forevermore.

The old established order that has ruled life in the illusion for so long – under different names, different disguises, and with seemingly different agendas – is crumbling and cannot be restored, repaired, or rescued. Its time is past, and that is causing some alarm. All have become so accustomed to the heartless way in which the ruling orders have consistently maintained their authority that they are fearful that as it crumbles it will destroy all the services and organizations that are presently seen as essential to life on Earth. This will not happen. The corrupt ones themselves will indeed move on, but everything that is essential for your daily existence will be maintained, repaired, or replaced as necessary and appropriate with the absolute minimum of disturbance to all of you.

Those who are destitute, in poverty, homeless, diseased, or suffering in any way will immediately have their circumstances improved in a fashion that is way beyond anything you can presently foresee, because there are advanced technologies prepared and available to clean and heal the planet and all who live on her that will be put into action as soon as the old order has crumbled. Every conceivable disruption that the could occur as a result of the old order collapsing has been taken into account; nothing is being left to chance, so that the New Age will arrive and thrive instantly for the benefit of all.

Your remaining task is to release all negative and unloving thought forms, attitudes, and behaviors so that you can soar into the New Age on the wings of unconditional Love. Love is the divine field of life, of existence, and of creativity, and outside of it there is not even nothing. Nothing is unreal, totally insubstantial and illusory. Heaven, the divine realm, is all that exists. It is infinite, and contains all that exists within it, eternally. And that is where you have your eternal existence; you are just momentarily unaware of it. And as you awaken, your awareness will return — bringing you untold happiness.

With so very much love, Saul.

Ascension...

The vibration of earth has doubled in the last few years and appears to be entering a higher frequency of manifestation..

Although, these dimensions are also illusions, they are the schools of experiences for attaining the states of Love..

By raising your own illusion of manifestation called body and mind,
you will also be entering the higher frequency of a new Earth..

Only those manifestations of the same frequencies are allowed within those frequencies..

This is why 'Evil', which is the mental state of selfishness and duality is kept at the lower frequencies..

These lower states of manifestation are physically and mentally painful..

These pains and sufferings are within these frequencies to prod you into working towards the higher frequencies of Love or non-selfishness, which are the states of non-fear and happiness..

We sometimes call these 'Higher Frequencies', Heavens...

By keeping your mind and thoughts constantly within the frequency of Unconditional Love, which is the Highest Frequency, you will automatically ascend to higher frequencies..

Do not fear being left behind within the lower frequency of third dimension..

you as individual ego will ascend, as long as your Heart seeks Love..

When you ascend to the higher frequencies of fourth and fifth dimension, It would be wise to remember that the journey has not ended..

you will still have to raise your frequency of Unconditional Love to the Highest Frequency of non-egoic consciousness called 'Pure Awareness' or God......

Freedom...

Freedom is often more important than life itself..

Jesus would not give up His Freedom to speak Truth and was killed for His determination..

The Martyrs would not give up the Freedom of Truth and were killed in the Colosseum..

Life is just a 'wink of a eye' in God's eternity..

No one actually dies, only the vehicle is destroyed..

Do We have the courage to risk death for Freedom?

Are our children and grand children worth the risk of death?

Only our Hearts can answer that question..

God make our Hearts strong in this monumental time...

By Love Alone...

“God is present by Love alone. By Love alone He is great and glorious. By Love alone He liveth and feeleth in other persons. By Love alone He enjoyeth all the creatures, by Love alone He is pleasing to Himself, by Love alone He is rich and blessed. The Soul is shrivelled up and buried in a grave that does not love. But that which does love wisely and truly is the joy and end of all the world, the King of Heaven, and the Friend of God.”

Mistrust Misleads...

It is mistrust that misleads; sincerity always leads straight to the goal.

Bowl of Saki, June 19, by Hazrat Inayat Khan

Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

With regard to trusting people, a person may think, 'Is it right to believe in
anything a person says? Is it right to trust everybody? There are many people
who are not worthy of trust; shall we then trust everybody in order to develop
our trust?' The answer is yes. Perhaps we will have failures, but we will only
trust another person when we trust ourselves, when we have faith in ourselves
then we will have faith in another. Without faith in ourselves we can never have
faith in another; to have faith in another is to have faith in ourselves. It
does not matter if once or twice we are disappointed, but if we are afraid of
being disappointed even once in our lives, perhaps we will doubt all through
life, and so there will never come a time when we will be able to trust anybody,
even ourselves.

Every being has a definite vocation, and his vocation is the light which
illuminates his life. The man who disregards his vocation is a lamp unlit. He
who sincerely seeks his real purpose in life is himself sought by that purpose.
As he concentrates on that search a light begins to clear his confusion, call it
revelation, call it inspiration, call it what you will. It is mistrust that
misleads. Sincerity leads straight to the goal.

Pure Love...

When we feel the bliss of Love..
We would give our very life and existence for this experience..

Would you not give your life to save the life of those that you Love?

This is what you are doing when you give your life to God..

This is the greatest gift that you can give to God..

This is Pure Love..

This is 'You'..........

Just stay...

A nurse took the tired, anxious serviceman to the bedside.

"Your son is here," she said to the old man.

She had to repeat the words several times before the patient's eyes opened.

Heavily sedated because of the pain of his heart attack, he dimly saw the young uniformed Marine standing outside the oxygen tent. He reached out his hand. The Marine wrapped his toughened fingers around the old man's limp ones, squeezing a message of love and encouragement.

The nurse brought a chair so that the Marine could sit beside the bed. All through the night the young Marine sat there in the poorly lighted ward, holding the old man's hand and offering him words of love and strength. Occasionally, the nurse suggested that the Marine move away and rest awhile. He refused. Whenever the nurse came into the ward, the Marine was oblivious of her and of the night noises of the hospital - the clanking of the oxygen tank, the laughter of the night staff members exchanging greetings, the cries and moans of the other patients.

Now and then she heard him say a few gentle words. The dying man said nothing, only held tightly to his son all through the night.

Along towards dawn, the old man died. The Marine released the now lifeless hand he had been holding and went to tell the nurse. While she did what she had to do, he waited.

Finally, she returned. She started to offer words of sympathy, but the Marine interrupted her.

"Who was that man?" he asked.

The nurse was startled, "He was your father," she answered.

"No, he wasn't," the Marine replied. "I never saw him before in my life."

"Then why didn't you say something when I took you to him?"

"I knew right away there had been a mistake,
but I also knew he needed his son, and his
son just wasn't here. When I realized that he was
too sick to tell whether or not I was his son,
knowing how much he needed me, I stayed."
I came here tonight to find a Mr. William Grey.
His Son was Killed in Iraq today, and I was sent to
inform him. What was this Gentleman's Name?
The Nurse with Tears in Her Eyes Answered,

Universal Mind...

There is no object external to the self. What you
call the object is self itself.

Let us take the example
of a dream in which a tiger chases a man. He runs in
fear and finally climbs up a tree. The tree, the tiger,
the chase, etc., are all a projection of his own mind and
his dream-personality also is a process of his mind.

So the one mind becomes everyone of these in the dream.
It is subjective as well as objective. This is what is
happening in the waking condition also; and, even as the
one single mind became all objects in the dream, the
universal mind has become all these external objects
around here even in waking life.

They are nothing but
the universal mind ultimately.

I am the Truth...

Husayn ibn Mansur al-Hallaj known as al-Hallaj (the wool-carder), he was put to death in Baghdad for having uttered ana 'l haqq (I am the Truth):

I am He whom I love,
and He whom I love is I:
We are two spirits
dwelling in one body.
If thou seest me,
thou seest Him,
And if thou seest Him,
thou seest us both.

Small...

I have seen that which makes all that I have written and taught look small to me. My writing days are over...

(Saint Thomas Aquinas, quoted in Encyclopedia Britannica, Macropedia, 15th edition, Vol. 26, p. 589).

The Void...

A further result of this contemplation of the world as the great Void is that the work done by mentalistic study is advanced still further, for not only are the things experienced by the five senses seen to be only thoughts but the thoughts themselves are now seen to be the transient spume and spray flung out of seeming Emptiness. Thus there is a complete reorientation from thoughts to Thought. Instead of holding a single thought or scenes of ideas in perfect concentration, the practiser must now move away from all ideas altogether to that seeming emptiness in which they arise. And the latter, of course, is the pure, passive, undifferentiated mind-stuff out of which the separate ideas are produced. Here there is no knowing and discriminating between one idea and another, no stirring into consciousness of this and that, but rather a sublime vacancy. For the Mind-essence is not something which we can picture to ourselves; it is utterly formless. It is as empty and as ungraspable as space.

Notebooks Category 23: Advanced Contemplation > Chapter 8: The Void As Contemplative Experience > # 115...... Paul Brunton

Well-Being...

The source of all well-being is in being (well + being). It is not found in
"things". The Sanskrit phrase Sat-Chit-Ananda expresses this: "Sat", Being/Truth
is "Chit", Consciousness, and "Ananda", bliss. To experience this, just be
without referencing any thoughts. Add nothing after the I AM. Just BE!

There is great deal of wisdom in the etymology of English words. Take the word
"awareness". It comes from the West Germanic root "gewahr", and it means to
"take care of", to be observant, attentive, cautious, mindful etc. The English
word "wares", as in "selling his wares", i.e. goods, also has the same Germanic
root, "gewahr".

When the words "ware" and "a-ware" are taken to the same root, "gewahr", it
presents the suggestive idea that only awareness delivers the "goods" that we
seek in objects, in commodities, in gadgets, in thoughts, feelings and
sensations. The happiness and peace we seek in the wares of the marketplace
cannot be found in them, but only in awareness. Fall in love with awareness!
Taste the sweetness (ananda) that the sages of all religions have talked about!

The Light answered;
" Treat others as you want to be treated"..

I was a little shocked to hear such a common spoken lesson..
A lesson that was often repeated within childhood..

I had expected to receive some very esoteric teaching..
And yet, I received the most basic teaching of life..

As always after my question and answer..
I was returned to the body..

Perhaps, this basic lesson of humanity was to prepare me for this future event..

The Steps...

This entrance into Reality is really important for the mind because whenever you
hear of some different explanation of Truth, you can relive the Truth that you
have found and feel grounded within the Truth that is both personal and
universal..

Adyashanti also found the path of Zen in whatever name he calls
it..It is the end of the 'make believe self' and the entrance into the Reality
of 'Light Self'... but, most souls do not know that there is the Final Freedom
called 'Non-Identity' which reaches to the 'Source of Light'.......... namaste,

Happiness...

Happiness depends on something or other
and can be lost; freedom from everything
depends on nothing and cannot be lost.
Freedom from sorrow has no cause and,
therefore, cannot be destroyed. Realize
that freedom.

What is God?...

I followed this path of not knowing
who or what God is.. I knew that there was a Higher Power of Mind that created
such an intricate universe..

Therefore, I sat beneath a tree in the manner of Gautama, who also never
mentioned the notion of God..

I began to meditate and refused to leave this meditation until Enlightenment was
attained..

After about a half hour, I finally was able to surrender the ego and offer this
ego-self to that which was the Source of All..

I felt death entering my consciousness and the fear of death was overwhelming,
but, I still walked into the arms of death because I needed to know Reality..

At the moment that the ego died, I found myself as Light,Wisdom, and Love..

There was a higher Intellect within this Light..
This was the Father that Jesus spoke of..

I was given the choice of staying or re-entering the body..
I chose re-entry as I feared the pain of my relatives upon learning of my
physical death..

The point being that I found out that God is Love,Light, and Wisdom..
And I found out that I was inseparable from God..

Perhaps, everyone must find out what God is, for themselves..
Perhaps, this is the reason that we are here...

Alive...

You think you are alive
because you breathe air?
Shame on you,
that you are alive in such a limited way.
Don't be without Love,
so you won't feel dead.
Die in Love

What are We?...

We are Consciousness..
We enter the illusions of Dimensions as Individual Consciousness..

Although, We are One in Reality..
We play the game of 'single tennis' against a wall..

The Wall is the manifestation created before your eyes..
It is the Wall called 'ego'..

When the ego is released,
the manifestation ceases to 'Be'..

Once again, You find Yourself within Reality..
Beyond Dimensions..

Light and Love is the only Reality Known..
'Time' is not a thought that enters..

If You desire anything of this third dimension,
you will be required to complete your desires within this dimension..

Only 'Grace', which is 'Unconditional Love' can release you from any small desires of ego..
The only desire that you should have is to have no desires..

The accomplishment of 'no desires' is only Union with Unconditional Love..
This is called 'Divine Consciousness' or God..

If you fear the 'Death of ego', you remain trapped within the dimensions..
This is the 'Death on the Cross', the 'Death of egoic desire'..

This is what You are..
And what you will Be...

Aspiration...

Aspiration which is not just a vague and occasional wish but a steady settled and intense longing for the Overself is a primary requirement. Such aspiration means the hunger for awareness of the Overself, the thirst for experience of the Overself, the call for union to the Overself. It is a veritable power which lifts one upward, which helps one give up the ego more quickly, and which attracts Grace. It will have these desirable effects in proportion to how intensely it is felt and how unmixed it is with other personal desires.

Free Will...

Ramesh Balsekar on Free Will with a Ramana quote

“(…)Chapter 4: God’s Will and Man’s Free Will.

My experience has been that most visitors are able to accept the concept of
God’s will prevailing most of the time because they not only see the logic of it but, more importantly, they experience a feeling of tremendous relief and
freedom: freedom from guilt and responsibility. But the problem arises because the concept of personal doership and the corresponding responsibility for their actions is so deeply ingrained that they feel that the spirit of relief and freedom which they have felt may not be practical.

What the problem boils down to is this: ‘Thy will be done is a very fine
concept, but I have to live my life in a society which in practice does not
accept this concept and holds me responsible for my actions. How do I live my life? What do I do every moment that I have to make a decision?’

This is a very valid argument. My answer to this problem is simple: do whatever you feel like doing; do whatever you think you should do according to your own standards of what is right and wrong. In other words, you have the free will to do whatever you choose to decide. Having decided to do whatever you choose to do, thereafter what is your own personal experience? Have all your decisions turned into actual actions? Supposing some of your decisions have indeed turned into actions, have all those actions always produced the results that you have anticipated and for which you have held yourself responsible? The answer is obvious: some of your decisions have turned into actions, some have not; some of your actions have produced the anticipated results, some have not; indeed quite a few of ‘your’ actions have produced results quite contrary to your expectations. Therefore, it is your own experience that your free will extends merely to making a decision. What happens thereafter is, from your own experience, not in your control because various other factors come into play over which you have no control.

Now, let us investigate the supposed free will you have to make a decision. What is ‘your’ decision based on? If you investigate this point you will find out that you always base your decision on your ‘programming’, i.e. the genes or DNA and your conditioning which includes your education and practical experience, over which you truly have had no control. Recent research has brought out the fact that many of your actions – both good and bad, positive and negative – canbe traced to your genes. So consider for yourself: how genuine is my ‘free will’?! (…)

(…) The final question that remains at this stage is: How does one acquire
this total unconditional acceptance that all action is a divine happening and
not the action of any individual person? The obvious answer is that no one can acquire or achieve this kind of acceptance about God’s Will unless that itself is God’s will! But one can take considerable solace from the fact that seeking this peace of mind has already happened in one’s case through God’s grace and it is truly God’s responsibility to further promote the process. In the words of Ramana Maharshi, ‘Your head is already in the tiger’s mouth, and there is no escape.’ But, as has been said before, this fact that nothing can happen unless it is God’s will does not prevent you from doing whatever you think you should do. You do have that apparent free will.

The only spiritual practice I usually recommend for the intellectual acceptance to go deeper into its finality is to experience the truth of this concept from personal experience. The ego may accept this concept of God’s will intellectually, but the acceptance cannot reach the stage of finality unless the ego finds from its own investigation of its own personal experience that this concept is the truth as far as he or she is concerned.

If only one thinks of one’s own past experience, one is bound to come to the conclusion that all of the more significant events in one’s life were not one’s own actions, but happenings over which one had hardly any control and which were the result of circumstances over which one had no control. But that is not enough to convert the concept into actual fact. This must be proved from personal experience from day to day.

There must be an honest and thorough investigation into what you think are ‘your’ actions from day to day. This investigation is really one step further from Ramana Maharshi’s famous ‘Who am I?’. This investigation that I suggest is based on theory: ‘Am I the doer of what I think are my actions?’ (…)

Actions happen – there’s no individual doer thereof. Actions happen
because it is God’s will; the relevant consequences affect those concerned also according to God’s will. ‘God’s will’ can be substituted by the words ‘Cosmic Law’ or ‘Universal Law’.” Ramesh Balsekar

Ramesh Balsekar Quotes

The thinking mind, the ego, the "me" are all the same. They are different names
for the same thing, which is an illusion.

It is the nature of the monkey-mind to jump about and chatter.

Ego is the thinking mind.

Mind is merely a collection of thoughts, or a collection of impressions which
makes up this "me", this self image.

The ego is the identified consciousness. When the impersonal Consciousness
identifies itself with the personal organism, the ego arises.

Identification with the body is so total that it gives one a sense of separate
identity. Now, the separate identity is merely a concept, a concept based on the
individual body appearing solid.

All there is consciousness. That is the Source from which the manifestation has
come.

The only truth is I AM - I Exist. That is the only truth. Everything else is a
concept. Rebirth is a concept. Your karma is a concept.

What is seeking? Seeking is "you" wanting to know God.

Consciousness is the only Reality.

Seekers continue to practice all kinds of self-torture without realizing that
such 'spiritual practice' is a reinforcement of the very ego that prevents them
from their natural, free state.

Enlightenment is total emptiness of mind. There is nothing you can do to get it.
Any effort you make can only be an obstruction to it.

The same Consciousness prevails at rest as the Absolute and in motion as
duality. When the sense of "me" disappears completely, duality vanishes in
ecstasy.

Humility...

Nobody appears inferior to us when our heart is kindled with kindness and our
eyes are open to the vision of God.

Bowl of Saki, June 7, by Hazrat Inayat Khan

Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

We are so situated in life that whatever position we may occupy we are never
independent, we are never self-sufficient. Therefore, every individual depends
upon others for help, and others depend upon him for help; only the position of
the person who is one among many who receive help becomes lower in the eyes of
those who count themselves among the few who can help.

This makes every person a master as well as a servant. Yet everyone, in the
intoxication of his mastership, forgets his place as a servant, and looks upon
the one who helps him as his servant. The wise, whose feelings are awakened,
think on this question deeply, and do their best to avoid every possibility of
giving even an idea to a servant of his servantship, far less insulting him in
any way or hurting his feelings. We are all equal, and if we have helpers to
serve us in life we ought to feel humble and most thankful for the privilege,
instead of making the position of the servant humble. ... One cannot commit a
greater sin than hurting the feelings of the one who serves us and depends upon
our help. Once the Prophet heard his grandson call a servant by his name. On
hearing this he at once said to his grandson, 'No, child, that is not the right
way of addressing elders. You ought to call him 'uncle.' It does not matter if
he serves us, we are all servants of one another, and we are equal in the sight
of God.'

There is a verse of Mahmud-i Ghaznavi: 'The Emperor Mahmud, who had thousands of
slaves to wait on his call, became the slave of his slaves when love gushed
forth from his heart.' Nobody appears inferior to us when our heart is kindled
with kindness and our eyes are open to the vision of God.

As Christ teaches, 'Whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him
twain.' What does all this teach us? It is all a lesson in sympathy for one's
fellow man, to teach us to share in his troubles, in his despair. For whoever
really experiences this joy of life, finds that it becomes so great that it
fills his heart and his soul. It does not matter if he has fewer comforts or an
inferior position than many in this world, because the light of his kindness, of
his sympathy, of the love that is growing, the virtue that is springing up in
his heart, all fill the soul with light. There is nothing now that he lacks in
life, for he has become the king of it.

Freedom...

It's a word that is used everyday in America..
why do we have to hear about something that should already be normal?..

The sub-consciousness mind is the 'Soul'..
I'm sure that you have never heard that before..

The sub-consciousness mind refuses no thoughts..
It does not distinguish between 'right and wrong'..

This is why the path of Spirituality was created..
It is to train the sub-conscious mind to admit only Righteous Thoughts..

This is the Place of Creation..
These Thoughts become your reality..

These Thoughts become your Future..
As Buddha said, "You are that which you think about all day"..

Consciousness is You..
Consciousness watches the Conscious Mind..

The Conscious Mind controls the Thoughts that enter the sub-conscious mind..
This is the order of Creation..

Although all of this life seems solid and real..
It is really just the Thoughts that flow from Consciousness..

We are within the evil because We needed the Knowledge of opposite..
The free-choices are your decisions..

Will you choose ego or emptiness..
Nothingness is the door to Everythingness..

Ego is Fear..
Love is non-Fear..

It is your choice!

A Higher Point of View...

The more elevated the soul, the broader the outlook.

Bowl of Saki, June 3, by Hazrat Inayat Khan

Commentary by Pir-o-Murshid Inayat Khan:

Attitude is the principle thing in life. It is not the conditions in life which
change life for us, but mostly it is our attitude toward life and its conditions
upon which depends our happiness or unhappiness. ... The attitude becomes high
and broad when one looks at life from a higher point of view. When the point of
view is not high, the range of man's sight becomes limited; man becomes narrow
in his outlook on life, and in his feelings, thought, speech and action the same
is expressed. Why is God pointed out on high, toward the sky? Why not toward the
earth, for God is everywhere? The reason is that within the range of God's sight
the whole universe stands as a little grain of corn, as to one that flies in the
balloon and looks down from high the whole city comes within the range of his
sight, when he stands on earth he sees no further than the four walls which keep
the whole world covered from his sight.

What does it mean to become spiritual, or godly? It means to have a higher view
of life, to look at life from a higher point of view. It is the high point of
view in life which ennobles the soul.

The eyes of the man who neglects his duty to his fellow men, absorbed in life's
intoxication, will certainly become dazzled and his mind exhausted before the
presence of God. It does not mean that any soul will be deprived of the divine
vision, it only means that the soul who has not learned to open his eyes wide
enough will have his eyes closed before the vision of God. All virtues come from
a wide outlook on life, all understanding comes from the keen observation of
life. Nobility of soul, therefore, is signified in the broad attitude that man
takes in life.

The process of spiritual development is an expansion, and this expansion is
brought about by the widening of the outlook. The outlook depends upon the
attitude of mind. If a mind is focused to thinking of small things, then this
process of widening the outlook will not be completed. ... Spiritual progress is
the lifting of the consciousness in order that the consciousness may expand to
perfection. Therefore it is a continual work of trying to look into a wider
sphere. By this attitude a person, without learning to be spiritual, will
naturally become spiritual; his outlook on life will become different. Little
things that people take to heart will seem to him of little importance; things
that people become confused with will become clear to him; things that matter so
much to everyone will not matter to him. Many things that frighten and horrify
people will not have the same effect upon him; disappointments and failures will
not take away his hope and courage. His thought, speech and action, as his

Gautama speaks...

Whatever is material shape, past, future, present, subjective or objective, gross or subtle, mean or excellent, whether it is far or near — all material shape should be seen by perfect intuitive wisdom as it really is: "This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self." Whatever is feeling, whatever is perception, whatever are habitual tendencies, whatever is consciousness, past, future, present, subjective or objective, gross or subtle, mean or excellent, whether it is far or near — all should be seen by perfect intuitive wisdom as it really is: "This is not mine, this I am not, this is not my self."...

Impersonality...

In your sleep your personality goes completely, and
you become impersonal. There is, however, a seed
of personality potentially present even in sleep, on
account of which you wake up the next morning. For
all practical purposes your personality is wiped off,
and so it is that you are very happy in sleep, indicating
thereby that impersonality is the source of happiness,
that personality is the source of sorrow. The more you
are personal, the more you are grief-stricken. The
more you become impersonal, the more you become
happy.

Four Questions...

Four Questions:

Who is awake and who asleep?

What is this lake that is continually
oozing back into the earth?

What can a human being offer to God?

What do we most deeply want?

The Answers:

The mind is what sleeps.
What recognizes itself
as God is awake.

This always-disappearing lake
is made of our appetites,
these movings-about,
this talking and listening.

The only offering you can make to God
is your increasing awareness.

And the last desire is
to be God in human form.

The end of Fear...

The greatest fear that I have felt within this life is when I was stationed in Saigon and Tan Son Nhut air base during the ' Tet Offensive'..

The first two weeks, I lived in constant fear of death because every night the Viet Cong would send rockets onto the base and blow up the buildings and personnel, all around me..

I realised that I cound not stand to feel the mental pain of fear any longer..
I then decided that I would rather be dead than to continue this painful state of fear..

I then died to my self..
I mentally died to any desire for future life..

I instantly felt Peace..

I would walk through Saigon without any weapon and the people would stare at me in wonder..
Still no fear was felt and I existed in joy and peace..

We were attacked by the V.C. and a couple of bullets flew by my right ear..
But his 'sight' must have been misalligned or perhaps Divine Consciousness saved me for the future..

The point that I am trying to make is that this same experience of the fear of death is also found upon the entrance into Enlightenment..
Once I was finally able to overcome the fear of the death of the ego and existence,
I was allowed to wake up in Reality and Divine Consciousness..

This is the Zen that is spoken of..
Light and Love is both your destiny and is already Your Reality..

All you have to do is to return the illusion of separate ego back to the Creative Mind..
The Mind that created this hologram..

This Mind that is You......
