Negative emotions create in the mind, metal pain of unhappiness.. this is an
alarm from Consciousness to Consciousness to awaken.. Once Consciousness is
aware to this pain from illusion, Consciousness then Awakes as Self to watch the
pain of emotion called anger, fear, etc.. this watching from Reality to
non-reality forces the illusion to dissolve.. this ends the pains of negative
