I have found that energies of the ego mind such as anger can be dissolved and eliminated, merely by mentally looking at the emotion.. this state of real self watching false self causes the real self to dominate the illusion of egoic emotions and reign supreme.. this is the dissolving of illusion and realization into Reality........... namaste, thomas
