The Past and Present...

Since you're not blaming the future for the
present, why, then, are you so quick to blame
the past?

The past can only tell you about the past.

The past can't tell you anything about the
present moment.

Paradoxically, though, unless you actively
participate in fully honoring the present moment,
then your so-called future may look a whole lot
like your so-called past.

But here's an important point: Just because the
past is unreal, it doesn't mean that it never
actually happened.

Real or not, though, you still can't change the
past.

You can only change your experience of the past.

But, of course, that change can never happen in
the past.

That change can only happen in the present.
